In August 08 I received an annual statement from Five Star Resorts for $125.72 payable 9/1/09. What is the normal time for a motorcycle to be fixed in your shop when it has been run into the back end? I have a Harley 1200 that has been in your shop (that the insurance has already paid for) that has been there since June 17th of this year. My husband's doctor performed an X-Ray at this facility. The doctor was in our Blue Shield network. Main Street was adjacent to the doctor's office. The desk clerk at Main Street asked for his insurance card upon check-in but did not disclose that the facility was out of Blue Shield's network of medical services providers.
