Village of Westchestere

The Village of Westchester IL. salt truck struck my van on a parking lot, Febuary 21, 2008. My van was legally parked and the driver not not stop, by was in a hurry to get away. A accident report was made and we tried to contact the Village for assistance in repairs. A letter was sent to the Mayor and Director of Public Works along with an estimate for repair on march 26, 2008. They have not responded. The repair estimate is 812.00 for my left fender. What can I do? I am a disabled senior living on a fixed income. I do not carry insurance that will pay of this because my van is a 1998. please help me get this village to do what is right. read full review »

Ordered tea from Wu Yi. Was billed and money withdrawn from account. For past two months have been noticing $19.95 withdrawn from my account by WI/Living Lean. Do not know what this charge is for, but called bank and had my card discontinued and new one issued so these people cannot continue taking money out of my account. Filing a Dispute Form with my bank. Cannot get in touch with these people to get my money back or have them to discontinue taking from my account so I am doing something about it. I am Using HP domestic gas for the last 2 years and always facing problem in refill supply . They have
4 lines to get booking through phone and those lines will always busy and if we book after big hurdles
they did not deliver in time we need to approach them personaly and they will say that within a week
will be getting even after the duedate or after ageing . They shows rude behaviour and no customer is
taken . This is the regular activity with m/s savitha Gas agencies, Chennai .

It stated that my account would be charged $1.99 for the CD and $1.00 for the shipping and handling. I got our card statement as on march -08 payment of 2264/- after i called to customer services before the payment and he tolled to me one month rental charges do reduced and balance amount will pay to you. so i have paid to rs.1913/- of my credit card payment

We purchased one of the town and country frozen food packages, the cost of which was quite expensive. With this package we received a new freezer. Well, the freezer had to have an outlet for itself (nothing else could be plugged in with it). Long story short we set it up in the garage, the gfi clicked off, we were on vacation, we got back to a freezer full of bad meat. We paid off the freezer, but didn't reorder any products. Well, I guess Menards is now on the "Global Warming bandwagon". In my most recent visit to the store, this week, I was dismayed to see the compact fluorescent light bulbs prominently displayed and the old standard, less expensive incandescent bulbs basically relegated to obscure shelves. This bulb hysteria is ridiculous and a hoax to sell more expensive light bulbs (not to mention the mercury danger). I am very disappointed in Menards. My wife and I have received several debt collection calls in an attempt to collect an alleged outstanding bill with Sears Credit Card Services. The amount they give us is $49.++ They state that they have spoken to us on different occasions and that we know about the bill and that it has been reported to the credit bureaus. HOFFMAN refused me, twice, a delivery of oil just prior to the end of my capped-oil price; based on the fact my "automatic" delivery was not due for several weeks.

Their employee signed receipt, but customer service still stated they didn't receive it back. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and now they are claiming they have refunded me. They have NOT. These are crap, they don't work and I search on the internet where others had the same problem. They never said you would have shipping and handling charge and when they arrived I had to pay 18.05 for the crap watch that don't work and 23.90 for the crap video camera. At the beginning of December 2007, I purchased FOUR boxes of LED lights made by Everstar Merchandise from Sam's Club. I not only intended using them for the holidays but also year round.
Within 2 weeks half of a strand of bulbs burned out. A week later half of another strand burned out. I read the instruction about bulb replacement and tried to find the "one" bulb that was suppose to be the problem. What I found was the wires to the burned out bulbs were totally rusted and all of the bulbs were NO GOOD.

He called back 39 minutes later and asked for Paul again. I told him that I had already told him there was no Paul here. I have been storing my boat at this facility for over 6 months. The facility has been broken into three times, jet skis and tv's have been taken. I have tried to make arrangements to pick up my boat, as was required, and it was not ready to go, and no phone was ever answered, or calls returned.
