This PowerMed Discount company (thru Atomic Processing) debited my mother's ck. acct. on 10-4-10 for $389.00 for a "renewal med. discount service". I disputed this charge and was told by Atomic Processing Company on 10-8-10 that my mother's ck. acct. would be refunded in 10-15 days. What is my re-course? Regions Bank required my mother's hold harmless signature against an account that has been compromised by these scam companies. Therefore, the bank will not re-fund my mother. On Monday evening November 1, I purchased the above-mentioned duvet cover set to include 1 Duvet Cover and 2 Pillow Shams. When I arrived home I opened the package to find the pillow shams were missing. In the evening of November 3, I returned to Customer Service and asked for a discount for missing pillow shams. I was informed that I would not receive a discount but could return the merchandise. We have had aproblem with the attitude of the supervisors and customer service personal in this store. there seems to be a need for retraining of these people. 1st it is not good form to tell a customer that they are lying to you. then to cop attitude and bercome snotty is no0t good for customer relations. I was parked in the Zellers parking lot on 30 Sept, 10. I returned to my vehicle at 1700 hrs and noticed a Zellars cart in the side of my car!. My vehicle is a 2008 Mazda 3 GT (I bought it brand new in 2007!)I am still paying on this vehicle! There is a dent approx 1 inch in diameter with a scratch and paint transfer from the cart. I recieved a check today(5/7/09) from the winners co. inc. The check has a Mrs. Winners logo in the top left-hand corner with an address from Atlanta GA beside the logo. The check is for 4, 775 dollars and the letter with the check says i, ve won 250 thousand. this check is to pay the applicable taxes of 2, 950. It claims that i will receive the balance after the taxes are paid. the letter said to not cash the check until i called. I entered their site and paid by debit card a $1 fee to enter and find out what the plan was. My son was attending a daycare owned by a woman named TERI RANSOM that I thought was licensed. She was shut down recently for 'lack of supervision' which stemmed from child on child sexual abuse. Ground beef is always mixed with the unfresh ground meat. Store employees try to hide dark color meat inside of fresh one to make illusion of fresh ground meat. Hunter is the worst company ever. They were supposed to deliver my goods at 7 am and I was waiting for them. Instead, the movers showed up with my belongings at 8:30 pm, after the driver had been driving for 13 1/2 hours.
