I was looking for a site where I could watch movies. I went to YAHOO answers and saw a suggestion for flickpeek.com. I went on and it said that it WOULD NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD and only needed the number to verify that I was from the United States. Ok so I gave it to them. Then I went to my online bank and found that they had charged me. I then went back to the site to cancel and read that if I wanted to cancel online it would cost me .99 cents. CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD. What a rip off.
The movies they pretend to have they don't. I'll just stay with HULU they are great and don't pull this bull on ya. read full review »

Ordered a Mother's Day gift, they held it up, they have a copy of an email addressed accurately to me that I don't have in my mailbox saying there was a problem, they never initiated another follow-up till the cancellation of the order weeks later. I called, agree customer service was patronizing, unapologetic and unhelpful. I asked the order be sent. Just received another cancellation notice 2 weeks after the call with no explanation. Very unprofessional and irresponsible owner. I order a bouquet from her over a month ago for my grandmother's funeral and asked for photos to be taken of the bouquet since I was out of state and would not be able to see them at the funeral. Today (a month later) I called to learn that they had been mailed today. The only contact or effort that was made was on my part. I left a $300 deposit on some furniture at the Toronto international home show with these guys and the furniture never came. I went to their store and the owner said that in was in 6 months ago and that now my deposit was gone and I'm not getting anything!! I purchased a custom bobblehead from URDoll.com. Their website states that you preorder the bobblehead and you will be contacted with further instructions to submit information so they can make your custom bobblehead. Their website also states that you get your bobblehead much quicker than other websites. I purchased my bobblehead needing it in two weeks, which their website said is possible. I went online to concrete design group.com and found a gentleman names rob johnson in massachusetts to do some stamped concrete for around my pool deck. He came out to my house and did an estimate for a pool deck to be placed the following year. He came to the house to pick up a deposit. a total of 2 visits and he has not performed any work and have not returned any of my phone calls. I called customer service and they told me that it was Kryptonite credit who charged me. Nevertheless, I didn't like what happened to me. I was charged for $49.98 which is beyond my knowledge. W*Value Plus has been charging my credit card for $16.95 since Jan. 09. for a service that I know nothing about. I pay my credit card bill by computer and didn't catch the charges until last month. Now, when I call the number given on my credit card, the phone is answered by a recording saying that they need my password for a Conference Call set up. Can not find any way to talk to the person or company that is making these charges to my credit card each month. You order an ebook, product or other material from her. Her credit card processor takes your money and she never delivers the book. When you contact her 800# you get the run around. When you email her she sends you hate mail. When you realize that you’ve been taken and contact your own credit card company requesting an investigation and refund, by then it’s too late.

It was bound to happen that some group of schmucks was going to take the model search scams out there like Model Search America and jack up the price 5 to 10 times and proclaim it in the name of God. The name behind this unbelievable scam is AMTC Auditions. And guess what? This scam is even backed by the Better Business Bureau (goes to show you that the Better Business Bureau in itself might be a scam and needs to be looked into by the FTC).

Be very careful! I received a letter in the mail the other day, with garbled information in the To: section (based from a whois of a domain I own that's static now - I recommend getting a service that blocks your whois information to prevent these places from sending you mail). Based on that, I knew right away that they had gleaned my info. and was probably up to no good.

I tried to buy a GPS USB stick at http://mightygps.com. I ordered and paid via Paypal the entire amount owed. The stick was 61$ and the postage was 19, 45$. I live in Europa and this company is based in Canada, so the charges sounded reasonable, even though the weight of the entire packet was only something like 200-300 grams. No extra charges was given on their website.

We had never done business with them but when they called us and asked for a favor we agreed on a price and said okay. Horizon Freight asked that we "please" hold a delivery for them over a week end so that they could make another delivery. After weeks of not paying we said Okay how about half of what we agreed on, that's better than nothing right, well after 2 months they still have not paid that...so much for doing a favor with a stanger. I have tried nicely to deal with this company and tried to use paypal to help but they decided not to provide me the traffic that was paid for on 4 different plans ordered from them and then hide behind paypal and do not ever answer you back when you try to contact them.
