Guardian Arts along with Membership Solutions Unethical billing practices. Canceled my membership and yet they still bill for the last 6 mo. I purchased tickets online with LOCAL TICKET. I was charged $27.00 for tickets that cost $15.00. After calling the company I was talked to rudely and they then explained to me that they were a third party company. I thought I was paying for better seats, not seats that could have been purchased when I arrived at my destination. Our legal system never ceases to amaze me. We had a non-paying tenant occupying our property that refused to pay rent and actually claimed that our property caused damage to her health and priceless personal items. Went to court to formally evict said tenant and paid substantial fees along the way. Won our case, tenant finally left, still has not paid and now have learned that more time and fees are involved with trying to collect the money awarded from our case. Please be informed that my phone was booked in for repairs and returned after 3 weeks with the same fault. I paid Showcars-bodyparts.com $500 for a fiberglass hood. They only accept checks, no credit cards. I was told my hood would be shipped within a week adter they received my money. 4 weeks after they cashed my check I received the hood. What a piece of crap! Gel coat was cracked, hood was mis shapen, structure was wrong and it was too long. After cutting and working on it for a few hours, we we're sure it was junk. I contacted Rob @ showcars and he accepted that it was messed up and after I sent him pics he assured me that he would make me a new hood and ship it to me asap. That was 2 months ago. Roof on Bayside pop-up cracked still under warrenty, over one year ago. My dealer has helped as much as it could. Fleetwood is no longer a reputable Company.
