I recently went to Sirpilla RV in Akron OH and asked to test drive a class C RV to see if I could handle it. I was hoping to buy one at the RV show this winter, assuming I could drive/park/back it. The man, no gentleman, on duty asked if I was buying today and I explained what I wanted to do. He told me he couldn't leave the desk in case a real customer came in to buy. I told him he just lost a sale because I had passed 2 Rv dealers on my way to his. Fortunately, Camping World has mail order, because this firm has their store on premises, and I won't go back even for that. Camping World never responded to my complaint about him. This company did not start work our website for one year, then we had to pay outside firms to complete the project at a cost of thousands. This is after over 800 emails to them and hundreds of call. They also did not keep the quotes they gave and we got sucked in for more money thinking it would be cheaper than hiring a new firm - it was not. My company just signed up with W2 Express for electronic w2 delivery. Got the notification that it was avaialble and went to download. The application prompted me for a PIN (something I never remember setting). I attempted every PIN I ever had used for anything to no success and decided I needed to call customer service. I replaced my home carpet after 15 years only because it was out-dated. I was suckered into Mohawk's smartstrand 2 years ago based on their ads. Carpet is in high traffic areas, LR, BR, stairs, hall. I took a contract phoe with them 2008 and by then my pay date was month end until January when it changed to the 15th of each month. On 11 September 2009 I contacted Partserve for Canon Pro9000 print head. Despite there being stock in Cape Town, I was told that because the printer was outside of it's warranty period, I would have to wait for them to order a new part in (the print head is not covered by the warranty, so this makes little sense to me). His phone company is a joke. I contacted them and they said they could swapmy service from my current carrier. Oh they swapped my service alright but it took waylonger than they suggested time frame. The kicker is they never managed to get the service up and running, over two weeks of no phone service. Finally I contacted my prior service company and had them switch me back, as I work from home. I joined screamer Nov 09 at that time it was thought to be great, but Feb 2010 I was billed for three months which I already paid Dec 09.I never received any invoices for this and after querying it with their accounts, they admit it was an error. I requested a credit for the month that was taken extra, but up to now regardless of numerous atempts.They still have not passed a credit; this is poor service delivery and unethical behaviour from their side. I received a coupon for a $70 air duct cleaning. Three men arrived. They kept trying to stear me away from the guy who was actually doing the supposed cleaning while they tried to sell me more stuff. Bobby Beck (of Monroe Ga) was supposed to cut the grass of my house that I have for sale. I wrote the check and put it in my mailbox. Two weeks later I had a friend go by and check on things for me. The grass had NOT been cut but the check was cashed. Lie after lie he gave me reasons for why it was not cut and when he would get it cut. After 1.5 months he cut my back grass.
