I ordered Levolor 54" aluminum blinds through Home Depot February 2010. The arrived dented. The problem was obvious to me, that the headrail was heavy and there was no packing material to protect the first few slats. It pushed against the cording, which left impressions ie, dents down the slats. There was no packing to protect the slats from denting by the hook where the wand gets attached. I purchased a sewing machine at Target and was unable to use it right away. When I did set it up the bobbin mechanism was broken. I knew I was at fault for not opening it right away but I had not been using the product. Target was completely unsympathetic and refused an exchange even though I would take a $70.00 loss. I purchased a new lyca mobile prepaid card at Schiphol Intl airport few days back..I just realized that most of the money from my account is gone and when I checked with friends, I came to know that my phone is on roaming. I received a letter with 2 money orders, fake, and instructions on how to cash the money orders. Taking them to my personal bank, OK, red flag one, then mail the remaining monies, after deducting my 250.00, to another person listed. Another, red flag was there were no instructions for that person. I may be strange, but after reading it over again, those were the two things that stuck out.
