On January 28th, 2011 (Japan) I tried to book a roundtrip flight from NRT (Tokyo Narita) to SEA (Seattle Tacoma) departing March 22nd and returning April 5th on the Delta.com website to visit my family. I have taken a reseller package from B4uIndia. They are playing games with me. They are not giving any support for me. Everytime the servers will down. Monthly once all servers getting down. I went in to Gemoro yesterday to enquire on the cost of a Croc Camel strap as a replacement to my current leather strap on a Breitling Navitimer World (purchased from them in 2007) The lady said she had one.. she did, but a brown croc strap and I said that wasn't it. This company is unethical and predatory. Somehow I unknowingly "joined" this service and have been being charged $15.95 a month for 3 YEARS!! After 2 hours hanging on the phone, the consultant was not able to give me a valid number to unblock my phone and hang up. To my online complaint, I got the automatic message that I will be contacted in 72 hours and the problem will be resolved within 14 days! How can a mobile company expect their customers to live 2 weeks without a mobile??? The whole conversation with the call center staff was just lies.
