Texas Military and family carpet cleaning showed up an hour late the day they were scheduled to clean my carpet. The supervisor was called 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and a person showed up at the house dressed up and not ready to clean the carpet. I ordered Levolor 54" aluminum blinds through Home Depot February 2010. The arrived dented. The problem was obvious to me, that the headrail was heavy and there was no packing material to protect the first few slats. It pushed against the cording, which left impressions ie, dents down the slats. There was no packing to protect the slats from denting by the hook where the wand gets attached. I purchased a sewing machine at Target and was unable to use it right away. When I did set it up the bobbin mechanism was broken. I knew I was at fault for not opening it right away but I had not been using the product. Target was completely unsympathetic and refused an exchange even though I would take a $70.00 loss. I received a letter with 2 money orders, fake, and instructions on how to cash the money orders. Taking them to my personal bank, OK, red flag one, then mail the remaining monies, after deducting my 250.00, to another person listed.
