I made an agreement with Sean Nolan to purchase a vehicle that NTS sells as a sideline. I sent Sean Nolan a $750.00 deposit. 3 days after receiving my deposit, Sean Nolan lists the same vehicle for sale on ebay. When I confronted him about this, he said that he had two vehicles with the same VIN number. I then refused to go through with the sale, and Sean Nolan refuses to return my deposit. We recently received an unauthorized charge on our phone bill on behalf of Service Group International. I called the clearinghouse listed as agent on the bill, and they have stated they will credit our account in 1 to 2 billing cycles, and they will block this company from charging on our bill. DO NOT USE!! I hired for a driveway and was promised binder and top coat. 1st they took deposit right away and promised to start right away. They ripped out my old driveway and left it. I was treated so rudely by a cashier named Kathy A that even the customers in line with me were appalled. She clearly had charged me incorrectly for many items (10 total) as she was not aware of the sale pricing (buy 10 specific Kraft products and get $5.00 off). I received a list of 200 companies, and I even called them back, expressing suprise that they could have contacted so many people so quickly. Tried wireless service, Northern Virginia. First modem defective, Clear sent replacement quickly, which worked, but network is third the speed of Comcast with $8/month savings (100 vs 300K up, 300 down vs. 1000). So called and cancelled within first week. Returned the model at my expense and have Postal Service return receipt. Next monthly charged appeared, none the less, on credit card. This attack ad won't remove from my online facebook posts, and it wandered in from a bot-server, and I tried to complain to the webmaster; info, and also [email protected] with no such luck. I was charged $14.99 to download 6 months of ringtones. Unable to download. Unsuccessful for 1 month in trying to get a refund. Was sent emails that someone would contact me in 2-5 business days. I received 20 of these emails. No one ever contacted me. I finally called the bank phone # on my bank statement, and got a refund from CLK Bank. It took about 5 business days. HOORAY!!! I called inquiring about internet service. Next thing I know, they've delivered internet box and sent tech to wire it! When I called saying I didn't say I WANTED it, as I had asked they fax a copy of my current phone contract to me first, they argued and said I had answered YES to their quesitons, when even their recording shows I had asked for the fax first! I used care-free exteriors to repair roof and install new windows. The roof is leaking where the house and garage meet. My leather jacket hanging on the wall is ruined with mold mildew. The windows (larmco) have as much condensation on them as the old ones which had bad seals, larmco said condensation is from poor installation. I was given in writing a quote for health & dental insurance. After activation I found out that the charges for the quoted insurance was 20% higher than on the written quote, plus they did not include the promised dental plan.
