I was scammed when I ordered flowers from Blooms Today. I took advantage of their 50% off offer. When I received my credit card statement, I found that they had charged me an unauthorized $9.99 for membership in their Blooms Rewards program. I did not want to be a member of this program. I did not authorize the membership charge. When I called to ask Blooms to credit my card for this unauthorized charge, they absolutely refused. I have the same problem as the person above. Additionally I was charged for a new CC but received a shelf CC. I don't even want to go into the problems I incurred during this process. Well I have been handed over after I have never received an invoice, to a company that does not have telephone numbers but make demands for money, it all seems to be a *** to me. A Fossil watch valued at R2600 was lost by the Mabula Driver en route from Bela Bela to Bryanston. I have phoned Mabula approximately 20 times in the past 7 months to resolve this issue and never received a call back. On the one occasion I did manage to speak to the General Manager (Gavin Hatherley) he advised he would speak to their insurance and come back to me but has not returnd my calls since ! Having escalated to Mr Cummings at Head Office, Gavin has offered to pay towards the excess so I can claim from my own insurance. I bought a rebuilt replacement cooling unit for my RV refigerator on July 1st, 2010. The unit does not function as it should, no cooling in the food portion and minimal in the freezer. Jerry from RV Ice Box advised me thru a tech assistance phone call that he would replace the unit due to the problem. He said it sounds like something crystallized in the boiler area during startup. I am extremely disappointed in T-Mobile's customer service. They have now cut there customer service hours back to 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. I have had to wait 10-30 minutes before I even get a live representative on the line the last couple of months. On top of that, my reception is bad. There promise of putting a new tower in my area a couple of years ago, still has not happened. Many times they have said they would call back and have not. Stay away from OCO Transportation. They are owned by Edna Seltzer who also owns and runs Apollo Van Lines, same scam, different name. Linda of Bedwell Van Lines quoted us a rate for moving from our house in Pickering to our new residence. This was confirmed in an email months before the moving date. On the date of the move, Mark - A Bedwell employee asked us to sign a credit card form with a higher rate and they used a 2nd truck without our consent. I bought a Vista tent and on the first use discovered a whole in the mosquito net. The glue in the included repair kit was old and unusable. The storage bag for the tent is also ridiculously small. The adjuster of the zip on a sleeping bag also came loose after 3-4 uses. I am an experienced camper who owned other tents and sleeping bags, but this quality must be the worst I have ever seen! This company is fraudulent! I was contacted by someone who expressed a KEEN interest in an item I was selling on craigslist. Before even seeing the item (a wheelchair lift) or haggling on the price they had this fake shipping company contact me to pick up the lift. Deciding to use PSADNA to authenticate my Buck O'neil bobble head was one of the worst mistakes I've made in my life!! The bobblehead came back broken in 9 pieces! I made reservations at this Bed & Breakfast for our 22 Wedding Anniversary, paid with a credit card and then a few days later the inn keeper called and stated that she made a mistake, there were no rooms available. The truth is that there was a wedding that weekend and she made a mistake and asked if I could change my reservations. Would you? Not very professional.
