After finding out that my son's formula was recalled I was directed to the recall page. I was instructed to put my information in the site and they would send me a FedX box/mailing lable in 3 days. WATCH OUT FOR GEICO. They are masters at stalling your claim, all the while pretending to be sympathetic, etc. They will 'change their mind' about required documentation, and demand it at the last minute, knowing that professionals have inadequate time to comply; they will change reps. on you about 1/2 way through the statute of limitations, and indicate that all the previously provided records from another agent are "Lord knows where!" Their goal is to push the consumer into a corner up against the 2 year statute and then offer you peanuts, and you either sue or like me just get stuck with the bills. My wife and I visited The Eagle's Nest to check it out as a possible venue for a family member's upcoming wedding. At first it seemed like a nice place, but this feeling was not to last.
