Bay Country Lawns *** - they will scam you. I am in the process of filing for a restraining order for trespass to keep them off my property - they will come to your property and apply chemicals, bill you and then threaten to send you to a credit agency. They will claim you agreed to it and play back your recorded message. They obviously have a lot of pissed off customers if they need to keep a recorded message of your conversation. We got cut off of our phone calls because the cops kept turning the phones off then back on and because it kept saying no third party calls and there was no third party on the phone. one call we did not even get to talk for a minute before they turned off the phone then back on and we still got charged for the call. we lost 14 calls to the cops doing that and i am not made of money i can not afford to just blow calls like that... We hired Mr. Belcher owner of TAR-RIFIC to expand our driveway and re-tar it. He gave us a price of $1800.00 (plus tx) for 700 square feet. Mr. Belcher only poured under 300 square feet of tar and made a total mess of the job. HE ALSO PAVED OVER OUR SPRINKLERS! Jon Joslin owner of Surface Air Transport bounced check #18911 for $2900.00 on 4/08/2010, and has this invoice and 9 other invoices totaling $10, 160.00 dating back to 2/19/2010 that have not been paid for transportation services. We have offered payment plans and everything possible to get some payments from his company and he has not responded to e-mails or phone calls in weeks. Warning!! This Company operates on a "Bait and Switch" method. I unknowingly accepted a Household moving bid (Ca. to Ga.) from an agent of this company (not disclosed until I had paid a $1000 deposit on U-ship.com). I brought up the gas connection with Stove. Stove is I.S.I. marked. But it throws the flame when we close the stove regulator. I requested him but he is not ready to replace. This time we called the "E.L.F." gas connection as he was telling that ELF is now Total Gas. So he sent the ELF gas cylinder but cylinder we are not able to plug the regulator. I have got a duplicate SIM (number:- 9883734597) on 13th may, 2010 after losing my cell. I got the sim from Reliance Web World Gariahat center, Kolkata. Stopped at a Fred Meyer deli on my way home passing other grocery stores in favor of this location where I do my weekly shopping. Today I am told they no longer sell chicken strips by the pound, but rather, by the piece. Not a problem until you take a look at the "wide" range of sizes per piece. I recently puchased a Ford Ranger at Strapp Ford in Burwood. I was promised that the vehicle would arrive in January 2010. As a result i put a down payment of $1000. Do NOT use Fast Move Van Lines of Newark, CA. Upon first contact they seem friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to do anything to meet your needs. The reality is they will under quote the job and repack your boxes using their extremely overpriced supplies. After reading all the reviews on the internet it appears that the main reason for repacking your boxes is so they know which boxes to fail to deliver. This restaurant is illegally making customers pay a 15% gratuity. Nothing is documented in their business to these terms. Also it has been witnessed that they are irrate towards Afro-Americans if their gratuity isn't left. A waitress had a shouting match with a customer. Their sales people tell me they are interior designer which they are not anybody. I show a picture oft house if inpurchase a console will it look good there and they said yes after it was delivered it did not look good and I wanted to give it back to them they ask to deduct -$500 for unexplaimed restocking fee. I was told that when they wanted me to get a card from them that I would recieve the package in the mail and than it was not approved yet. My father died a few years ago and my mother wants to put her gas bill from People Gas in her name. They have given her an extremly hard time. We have send a copy of a death certificate. They are now charging her $16 to switch names. They say they must disconnect and reconnect her service. She didn't move. Her husband died. People's gas has unfair practices. I hired this company to videotape my wedding. They took my payment in full in advance of the event. The videographer showed up and shot the footage. A month later, having heard nothing from the company, I started calling. The only person who will assist after your event is "Jeremy" who NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS. NO ONE EVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS. Three months later - no video - no refund. The Videographer just emailed me that he never got paid, so he didn't give them the raw footage. They took my money and never paid the videographer.
