I have tried to cancel my order with this company for the last 3 months and they keep sending me their product. That's 300.00 worth of money they got without canceling my order. I went to my bank and filled out a form to stop the automatic withdrawels, but somehow they managed to get another months worth of money. I called my bank and confirmed that they still had my form, and they said yes but it must have went through another branch. Hopefully I have that taken care of. I took my son & daughter to Hi Fashion so I could buy my daughter some clothes for her birthday. I was told that I couldn't bring my sons stroller into the store, he's 9 months old, I asked if they had a cart that I could put him in & shop, they said no. ISWS called us and said they had an order for Aderhold Fitness Center (air force base) for 30 Star Trac NXT Spin bikes. They "brokered" the deal. Stay Far away from this company and their redneck owners. I too had a run in with them while buying blueberries. For part of my order, I was going to use a gift certificate and once I told them that I had a gift certificate, they promptly hung up the phone on me. It was a battle but I finally won if you could say that. The blueberries came in the mail and I have to say they were in the worst shape that I have ever seen. On January 29th I bought a 60 minute card for my phone. I tried to put the code for the purchased minutes in via the phone and the menu referred me to the website I put in the code on the website and it told me to enter "code 30" on the phone. The box arrived looking fine but the heater in the box had a big dent in it and had to be put in the box that way before shipping. We sent them an e-mail and they never responded. Wow, what a list of complaints on Bell Internet. I'm not surprised. Having received similar abysmal lack of internet services, I chose to break my contract because there were no services. The folks in India are in dire need of training. Calling them results in them hanging up on you. There are not interested in assisting. This is a fraudulent site run by a Mark Younger who alleges he used to work for Accenture; it is one of these scam where you are asked to pay a hefty registration fee in return for regular "consultancy" assignments. Ordered merchandise on 12/12/2009. My credit card was charged the same day. Emailed recently to check status of order, received no response. The phone number listed on the web site is out of service.
