It advertises to contain 4, 000 pictures but fails to include the simple fact that all these display in random order (verified with Brookstone Customer Service May 11). Totally stupid. When I called 800-992-2694, I believed I was dealing with Comfort Inns reservation center to make a hotel reservation. I asked for the government rate of $70, but was told the rate was $89. When I checked in at Comfort Inn, I was told the reservation was through Expedia, I said no, I made the reservation thru Comfort Inn. Now I was charged with a $14.30, plus room rate of $89.95. NECC telecom company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau in Michigan which is their billing and main office. They have complaints and law suits against them by the Federal Communications COmmission. They have complaints against them filed with the Federal Trade Commission. They have numerous complaints filed against them with the Attorney Generals Office. They change their contracts with customers at their whim without notifying the customer and are cited for improper billing. I received my phone bill yesterday and to my surprise was a charge from Telelink. I have never heard of them, so I have been trying to call for 3 hours now and a recording comes that they are too busy to take any calls. The day after the budget speach, when the minister of finance announced the increase in sin taxes, retailers decided that it is a good idea to immediately raise the prices of their ciggarettes. I have tried to call their customer service number for months, since Dec 2009 and can never get through. Once in months of trying after hours I got through to an actual person who siad the billing department was closed. The company has a name of Funmobile, MobileFu or CSW. Its name varies, but service is same: robbing money from customers (actually not its customers but customers of T-mobile, AT&T etc). I have seen a lot of complaints out there. The company usually sends out messages to your phone telling you to register its service with pin code and some reminders. I bought this product last year and despite all the good things that I hear about it, the company does a terrible job hiring door-to-door salespeople to sell the product. Do not get me wrong; not all of the people hired have had drug possession convictions, grand theft auto convictions, and insurance fraud convictions. Some of them are actually decent people. Most people do not understand that most pet meds are manufactured from companies out side the U.S. and then get upset when the order take a while to arrive. Troy the sales guy is a fast talker that makes up what he doesn't know, then provides countless excuses for poor quality, jerry-rigged work.
