Total rip off. Unfortunately I didn't Google them earlier because I fell into a similar trap as others. After several months of their delays and excuses, I never saw any actual work completed by them. I spoke with and emailed the owner, Robyn Alesich, many times. I just wanted the work completed as promised and they continued to fail to deliver. Finally, Robyn emailed me saying that they would send me a refund. I fooilishly gave them at leats 6 weeks to produce the refund. GUESS WHAT? NO REFUND... NO WEB SITE. Money & time wasted!!! BEWARE of this company. They are disingenuous and falsely represent themselves as a legitimate business. read full review »

Long story short, after a horrible experience with Potterhill Homes and specifically Vicki Painter at Mills of Miami, my wife and I were swept off our feet by Fischer Homes and treated to the REAL experience of working with a reputable builder. I purchased a PLX wifi device for my ODB-II port on Thursday with 2 day air option. In placing the order, and after, there was no indication that anything was delayed. These guys are scammers. They advertise their products on Ebay classifieds, so they don't have to comply with Ebay's selling rules. Their communication is TERRIBLE and they do not ship specified products as promised. They will go as far as negotiating a price and delivery time, but when the time comes, they are nowhere to be found. If you plan to deal with these guys, I recommend you use Paypal and get everything in writing via email BEFORE sending any money. I signed onto Navaho networks on 11/13/09 to play online slots. Gave my debit card and was charged $99.85 but could not use the game. So I had and have no service to what I signed up for. I want my account credited! I do not remember the name of the slot game but I used my debit card to put $100.00 into my game online account. The game would load so I gave up $100.00 and received nothing for my money. I noticed the charge of the $99.85 over the weekend to my bank debit. Had a late paying client who owed money. I understand that we are all in a tough spot economically, and I try to work with late payers and respect their humanity as long as they respect mine. A late deposit(s) before Veteran's day cleared a day after the last billing attempt and the Planet cut me off cold. I found the add in Parents Magazine. I thought it was a great idea. I went ahead and placed an order online in May. It said that it takes 4-6 weeks. For having 40 years of experience, All My Sons should be ashamed and embarrassed of themselves! This company did the worst job possible! For starters, when they gave me an estimate, they did not inform me of half of the charges that they later charged me. They ended up charging almost double that what they estimated me! I signed up for Fios last week. They called me to confirm the order, then to confirm the appointment... emails as well. They did not show up. When I called, i was on hold for 45min and then was told that the technician that was supposed to come to do the installation, did not go to work. Nobody had the decency to call and to let me know. Finally got the appointment rescheduled. in addition to losing a whole day of work, they refuse to compensate me by giving me a discount or a month free or something. Can you believe these people? Highly frustrating customer support call, have almost decided to discontinue Singtel services.
Recently I made a call with suffixing 019 and number but the money was deducted at regular IDD call.
I have been always making calls to India to same number with no issues.
When called singtel customer support, the first respose was good and informed that I will get callback in 3 days.
The callback which I recieved today was my worst customer service experince with any company I have delt with any country I have been to.

We used this courier and they twice smashed up items in transit, which is bad enough but to top that off they make it so hard to get money back for damaged they have caused. They telphone companies to get unsuspecting retailers to change service providor, proclaiming that early termination fees from other providers are illegal, and that transfers are free of costs. Stay away from StepRep.MyFrontSteps: their project managers are awful- not sure these exist, but anytime you are on the phone with one of their "drones" they speak of some project manager that they will be sure to contact for an update report. The main thing to understand when buying from the Cover Guy is that they are just a Middle Man. They don't make the covers, they just take your order and pass it along to the plant that will make it, and keep the difference.
The cover I ordered included and upgrade($)for a heat seal that goes between the two halves. This seal was two inches shorter on one end than the width of the cover, thus leaking heat. On cold mornings you can see a steady stream of steam escaping.

My husband and I rented a vacation rental off of Craigslist. We rented from Jennifer Prevost and she said the apartment was clean and nice. My husband and I drove 7 hours from Arizona to get there and when we arrived we were appalled at what we saw. I had been a customer of Lingo's for at least a couple of years and had not had too many problems with the service, just the usual outages, common to all VOIP providers. I smoke Basic Menthol 100 cigarettes and have noticed that they do not stay lit if I put one down in the ashtray for even a short period of time. This just started a month ago or so. My son told me that the manufacturer has changed the paper used and it will go out if you're not smoking it constantly. I needed to add a car to an exsisting policy in order to get tags. I used the website to update my policy, but somehow I ended up with 2 exactly the same policies.
