I needed the water supply line coming from my wall to the toilet tank replaced. Because they said their line would not work with the shut-off valve I had, they also replaced it. It took the plumber all of 5 minutes to replace the line and valve and they charged me $371.00. After doing some research, I found the flexable water supply line for $10.oo and the shut-off valve for $5.00. While there was a $65.00 dispatch charge, adding that up with the cost of the supplies is $80.00. Are you telling me that plumbers are making $291.00 an hour now?! This is one shifty company. Marissa the owner comes off as a sweet lady, until she owes you money. I have done extensive work work for her when she had her office in Vancouver I was her eyes and ears here. I have been a vendor for this company for over 2 years now and just in the last six months have realized that they are a real scam. Just to name a example I invoiced them $450 and they sent me $265 I don't know where the numbers come from but at Total Facility it make perfect sense.
