On the 1st of July there was an amount debited on my credit card for $39.97 with the description of NATL EVZ. Never have i bought or willingly authorise this amount to be deducted from me. I really had bad experience with this Doctor!! It was really embarrassing when I come to know that it was not necessary to off my while removing x rays. I was told to unzip my pants when gone their to remove x ray of my lower spinal cord. I was very uncomfortable about it, being a man its even more sickening me. I like this restaurant in terms of service. There service is comparatively quick, they don't keep waiting there dear customers on the table for water. When we enter in first water was offered and then the menu comes. Yes there are few dishes really tasty enough to lick your fingers but some are like bland flat soda. I saw someone else got the same letter and check I did! When I called the phone number listed in the letter it sounded like someone with a Carribean accent answered. The details are about the same as the other person's report listed here. I did not cash the check but googled the name of the company and the Montreal address and came across the scam report. The letter and check arrived at my home in Dallas, Tx on Wed. April 2nd. The bank on the check says Wachovia Bank of Georgia, Augusta, Georgia. My girlfriend purchased a $1, 600 stove med size woodstove. It didn't make it one winter and the flue assembly crumbled. When openning the stove properly to load wood there's a back blast of flames and heat that reach the ceiling.
