I think the best thing about restaurants is the service you received. After being told that the restaurant would hold our food, we returned to find out that they had thrown it away. My wife went to the Greeley store on 35th avenue on 8/6/09 to purchase the USDA Choice Boneless Half Ribeye that was advertised in an ad distributed on 8/5/09. Puget Homes Corporation built our home with horrible quality and has a very poor warranty repair process. Even after we filed a formal repair request that was under warranty, Puget Homes tried to weasel out of doing meaningful repairs. Requested to have a vintage coke machine shipped. Machine was wrapped in padding, cardboard & plastic wrapped. Told the DHX the item needs to be shipped upright and is fragile. When it arrived it laying flat on a pallet with MULTIPLE damage from the forklift and from stacking items on it.. DHX offered $35.00 for damages that amounted to hundreds of dollars. Dealing with Patios Direct was frustrating and disappointing. We were promised things that apparently don't exist, colors were changed, and I was blown off when I complained. Problem #1: We had signed up for DSL Internet Service in 2-09. AT&T agreed to give us a $50.00 rebate for the modem. We had to call them 3 times and wait 3 months for the rebate. We applied an epoxy protective coating to a floor and spent considerable phone time with the company getting all the instructions and list of products for this job.
