I order a trial of Rezvmax and Resveratrol ultra for .99 and now I am getting charged for things I did not order. I received some cream from Bio Lab and was charged $49.95 and I did not order it and sent it back unopened. Now I have been charged $79.90 for Nutralane*Re that I did not order. I called and cancelled the re-orders before the 14 days were up and I don't know who to call or where these others came from. What are these people thinking. Just because they got you card number they can charge whatever. Looks like there will be a big law suit against them. I am contacting my bank and I will find out who to sue. read full review »

I ordered shoes from Finish Line and the clerk at the store entered the incorrect shipping zip code. While tracking my package I discovered the error. I contacted their customer service and was basically told I was out of luck. That they could do nothing for me since in was already in transit. She said that she could not contact UPS and that I could not speak to a supervisor. UPS told me that Finish Line would need to call with a intercept order but Finish Line already told me that they would not contact UPS and that they would not forward my complaint, problem, or issue to a supervisor. Bottom-line up front, they provided me with a worthless system with no hard drive and then refused to refund my account after returning it to them. At first they appeared to be a positive company. Before purchasing a pendant light from " lighting design experts " we inquired about whether the product had a diffuser or not. We were told, in writing, that it did. Lo and behold, it does not. LDE refuses to reimburse us any shipping costs associated with returning this item, even though it was THEIR mistake. Experts, they are not, and helpful to theirs customers, they are certainly not. Ordered a replacement power cord assembly for a Makita belt sander. I took the part # from the manual which read #30 cord assembly (assembled cord, plug and cord guard). I received the cord only. I called about the guard and they would send it to me for cost, postage and minimum order fee. The guard itself was under $3. They would not budge on the minimum order fee. Great customer service? Yesterday while I was driving to PJ via the Federal Highway, there was a slight slowing down in traffic near the Kota Darul Ehsan (EPF). Suddenly when I looked in the rear view mirror, I saw this Cityliner bus heading towards my car at a very fast speed, and overtook my car narrowly avoiding an accident. I was driving on the slow lane, and there are no reason whatsoever for the bus driver to be driving that fast in such traffic condition. I just bought some Debbie Travis Roman blinds for my son's room, and when I opened the package, the instructions were very vague, and looked like they were for another product. And hardware was missing. There was no way I can hang these blinds. Also, I was trying to figure out how can I hang these, and noticed that part of the railing was broken too. No where on their website does the contract state that it will be automatically renewed every year, and there is no way to get out of the contract without a $300 cancellation fee.
