Hall's Towing
I want to give you a heads up on the worst towing service out there. They call themselves Hall's Towing . If you hear this name, stay away from them. Their motto suggests that customer service is their number one priority, but it is not. They also go as far to say, "We dont want an arm or leg, we just want your business". That is a load of bull!! Love Boat
My family and I went to take family photos at Love Boat for the holiday season. First of all, this place does not have a price quote for any of the prints that you order. They just magically come up with the number in their heads, based on how many prints you order. (In other words, if you want to get ripped off, get your family portrait taken here.) Telepacific Communications
We recently had a terrible experience with Telepacific that I want to warn you about. We notified them on May 19, 2009 that we wanted to disconnect our service with them. We were moving offices, and we did not want to use their service at our new location. On May 28, 2009, we received email confirmation from them (from their disconnect department) that our account would be disconnected on June 19, 2009, which would also be our billing end-date. I should note that up to this point we had had no issues with them.

Bits and Pirces
I ordered Christmas presents for my grandchildren from this company on line from a catalog they had sent. They acknowledged the order, but never sent the merchandise. Had to go shopping on Dec. 24th for the kids. The communication is terrible from these guys. They don't let you know if they're having a problem, just leave you hanging and wondering. This was by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I recommend never orderning from Ballard Designs . Nothing they have is worth the hassle I went through. I was shipped the wrong order twice by the vendor and weeks later I still do not have a comforter for my bed. One of the customer service reps I talked to was extremely rude and I still have the wrong comforter in my closet as I am waiting for the vendor to issue a UPS label so I can drive it across town to be returned yet again. My plane was scheduled on 21 December 2008 at 15.00pm from Heathrow to Seattle. Few passengers were in the check in counter from 10.30 am and we had been advised that our flight NW105 had been postponed until 22 December 2008 at 12.00 pm.
They told us to wait and meet at 14.00 pm in the bus terminal 24 for the coach to get us to the hotel. Guy Smith Heating
Guy Smith put in a new gas boiler sept 07. I had problems 15 months later. called them and service rep showed up. He spent over an hour supposedly looking at the system. Tells me I need a new pump and that it would cost $600 for part and labor!!! Find out they never replaced the pump even though I spent $6000 for the new system. After this bozo left I called a fella who had done some work for me before. He shows up 3 hours later and within 30 MINUTES had it fixed and tells me the pump is fine!!! I saw your complaints about Imaginations on your website, and I tried to send Mr Roberts, who said he is the Vice President, the letter below. I got a message back that the e-mail was not delivered, that apparently the e-mail address he provided ([email protected]) was not correct. I also have a similar problems with Call Carib. You can get their access #, however you just cannot reach the party that you are calling. Despite repeated telephone calls including repeated e-mails just no response from Carib Call. For quite some time you were unable to view their web site. I am sure that there are many others who have similar experiences. Carib Call should respond and give some explanations etc to their customers as to why their telephone system is not working. read full review »
ESBI & Orbit Telecom
An unauthorized charge of $14.95 appeared on my August 2009 Qwest phone bill. The charge was made by ESBI on behalf of Orbit Telecom. I did not request any products from Orbit Telecom and did not authorize the $14.95 charge. I called ESBI about the bogus charge and they said they would refund the $14.95 but it would take 1 to 2 months for the credit to be reflected on my Qwest account. I paid my phone bill minus the $14.95 and hope carrying the bogus balance will not affect my bill paying and credit rating. read full review »

I purchased a Majestic AS PTM King bed and paid around $1000 for it. It has been a little over a year and the bed is horrible. We are unable to sleep on it as it has dips and is uncomfortable to sleep on. We have gone back to using our 13 year old bed which is far better. I now have lower back problems and would probably never purchase another Sleeptronic bed again. Because it is over a year I am stuck with a bed that I cannot return to the store that I purchased it from because the manufactures warranty is up. I was guaranteed a great bed and received a crap bed. I would not recommend this company or bed to anyone I know. read full review »

Don't buy these. They will more than double your credit card invoice amount by adding shipping and processing fees. They will bill your credit card before they ship your product. Many people report that the product either never comes or takes a long time to arrive. The website is so misleading as far as what an employer is getting themselves into by working at the Dallas OHAC location. This is written from the prospective of a CSR (in office Customer Service Rep).
Interview: I was asked the following illegal questions by the owner - "Do you have kids...Who will take care of them...Are you married...What will your husband think of the hours, can your family handle it...?" This should've been my red flag!

I have been smoking Camel Menthol forever now and they now have the menthol ball in the filter when they are ALREADY menthol, this has changed the taste completely and I'm highly HIGHLY irritated about it!!! OK, last week I didn't know anything about National Readers Service. After dealing with these people on my daughter's behalf, that's certainly no longer the case. At this point, National Readers Service has verbally agreed to close her account with no balance, no bills in the future, any additional magazines received after this cancellation are her gift at no charge, and her payment to date will be refunded. Whether or not that agreement is honored, we will see over time.

I have taken a Reliance Card internet service and they promise 3.1MBPS.
But it is not true. Very rarely we get the download speed up to 200KBPS otherwise it is just 50 to 60 or 70KBPS only. During night it is still worse. It goes down to 15 to 20KBPS.
The company cheats the people by promising high download speed.

II love your liquid laundry detergent...all flavors...but, can you please do something about the measuring caps on the bottles? Dark blue liquid in a dark blue cap makes it very difficult to see any measuring lines...same with the green. Why not clear, or white caps, with black measuring lines. I know my eyesight may not be what it used to be, but I do lots of washing and would love to continue using your products.

I recently purchased the Five Shelf BookCase.
After opening, organizing and inspecting the parts I noticed that both side panels had cracks in them. The cracks would make it impossible to put the bookcase together. The panels will need to be replaced.

I am saddened to see that yet another client is going through the same awful experience we had with Justin Schuck Photography . We hired Justin to shoot our wedding in May of 2008, and though he was very professional before and during the wedding, it was a nightmare trying to get him to send us any of our treasured photos in the following months. We endured lies, excuses, and flat-out ignoring for weeks at a time. It took us 6 months and negative internet publicity to finally get our pre-paid proofs.

I signed up with this company that offerred a local phone number to my husband who is currently at the Western Correctional center in Mt. Sterling, IL.
This company immediately debited my checking account and sent me a local number. The next day a representative from Cons call home, informed me that since I also lived in the state of Illinois, they could not help me. With a safari subscription you pay about $50 a month.
Great you get 5 tokens to use a month which 'purchases' you downloads.
However if you don't use those tokens in 90days you lose them.
A book 'costs' between 10 and 15 tokens on average for a 'useful' manual or freference one.
The books are available on Amazon or other web stores for less than $25.
