I purchased a wooden suburito, a martial arts training weapon, on 27/01/2009. I decided to go for it even after they warned me of a bigger timeline for delivery, which was 8-12, than what was stated on the site, 6-8 weeks.
As the end of the given deadline approached, I contacted them about it and they told me they were having a hard time with weather and that the woods were not drying up, that I should wait another month or so, after the month came and went, I contacted again, this time the excuse was that while weather had improved, they were way behind schedule, that perhaps in two more months. read full review »

I was contacted by VIP for my daughter. They said they were a no money and no fees talent company. As I was trying to get my 4 yr old into modeling it sounded wonderful. When we got to the appointment the woman payed no attention to my child and gave us a whole sales pitch. She told us it would be $1659.00 for my daughter to have a 2 yr contract and would be able to go to a event that had more than 25+ agents and coordinators there every 8-12 wks. I, too. received a letter and check telling me I had won a sweepstakes that I had never entered. It also instructed me to sead a moneygram or by western union for the taxes owed on the money won. I never even bothered to place the phone call as instructed. I knew it was not real fron the beginning. What fraud!!! I bought 8 cu yd of organic soil from this company on March 27th. Because some health problem, I spend an extra $100 to put this soil around my house. I bought big amount of an expensive seeds and plants (blackcurrant plants, sour cherry trees, cranberry plants, lingonberry plants, etc) for my garden. But poor soil quality kills almost all my plants and I had to spend a lot more to fix my garden (top soil, manure, vitamins, etc) and buy some more flowers, vegetables plants and other. When I receive my monthly Bill from AT-T i notice a page from USBI and on that page they charge me for a long distance plan, I have one with AT-T but when I call the number on the USBI bill they transfer my call to five or six different agents and none of them can help you .

I had signed up to VPSLand about a year ago, and I had signed up to a basic package and yet they billed me for a more Expensive package. I had put it to their attention and they admit their fault and gave me a discount. A few week had past when we encounted Major Networking problem from them. My entire system was down for over a week, and in the end they had to reformat my computer because of some hardware problem on their end. This company replaced my windshield and now only 5 months later the moulding has come off leaving a gap at the top of the windshield. I have been calling for over a month with no return phone calls. They charged my insurance company over $600 for this job, said I have a lifetime warranty, but I can't get even get a phone call back much less get them to stand behind their workmanship. read full review »

The Golba Group and Landmark Maintenance, Do Not Use! I recently rented a home from The Golba Group, and they literally stole my security deposit. The house was left clean and actually several improvements were made, by me. After I moved out, they notified me that I owed $310.00 for a couple shrubs to be trimmed, $280.00 for them to wipe down 1 wall that they claim had some dirt on it, and they charged me $146.00 to replace a door that was broken when I moved in. was told by Telemarketer I was talking to an AT&T representative.
was then told because many customers were leaving AT&T to move to Internet Phone service that AT&T was working proactively to reduce existing customers bills. I was told my monthly long distance bill would go from $50 per month to $24.95.
I did agree to make the change, and was recorded, but the new plan took me from the AT&T cost of $50.00 per month to the USBI cost of $124.00.

I ordered pump repair parts from this company on 7/7/09. Ten days later, I sent my first email reconfirming the delivery address as the order was late. I did not receive any confirmation from the company that they had received the email. I sent 15 additional emails asking that they contact me because I felt the order was late.
They never responded to any of the emails. The part arrived 5 weeks after order with no explaination of the issue. They never returned any email queries.

This is not a legit operation, as they sell defective products (blueant bluetooth) from sources other than from the manufacturer!
The product comes in a platic baggy with no instructions or warranty.
You cannot speak to anyone about the problem LIVE & via email they direct you to return the item to them or the manufacturer for repair. Who needs this aggravation? Yes, they sell cheap, but you get what you pay for. JUST DON'T GO THERE!!! read full review »

They are unethical and the product sucks. My story: I was in their infomercial years ago. They said, "Here, just sign this contract...just so we can use your photo - your voice only". I believed them when they said they were only going to use a photo and my voice - no video. They paid me $100 for a voice- over testimonial. They said they would also send me product as compensation. Do not patronize this establishment. It is unfriendly to elderly people. I stopped in there on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 and went walked to use the men's restroom. When I ask to use the restroom the 4 (four) attendants on duty told me that it would be about 5 minutes - after seven minutes had passed I asked them again and they told me it would be another 15 minutes. Hello, I bought this Element FLX-3202 back in 12/2007 and after 5 months the audio went out on the unit. I unplugged it thinking a hard reboot would help but it didn't. I tried it a couple of days later and still did not work and then the video went bad. This small Laundromat uses almost every machine it has to do their own laundry for their wash and fold service. What is worse is that their machines are very outdated and can damage clothes if not carefully watched over.
To make matters worse I left a load in the dry unattended and another load out waiting for a free dryer for an hour because all their other machines were being used (for their own laundry), once I returned to my laundry and hour before they close the Korean woman who runs the place started harassing me, by yelling at me... read full review »

I got this card so that I could call Scotland. After several trys not being able to get through I called customer service 8 times to try and get assistance. They're pretty much useless and all told me they couldn't assist me. Makes me wonder what good they are at all and what good is this damn card that I'm now stuck with. U.S. Fidelis sold me a car warranty and did not mention that I had to use AutoLife Xtend products in my oil, gas, and air conditioning in order for the warranty to be effective. When I got the products in the mail and saw the contract requirements, I looked at the products and they have no ingredients listed on the bottles. I called the manufacturing company for the product, ( The Choice Manufacturing Co. Inc.) and they refused to give out the ingredients. We have not had services from Juno for approx. 2 years +/-. We have a recent
withdrawl from our account on our visa card. This is the second time in two months we have had this experience (the other was another company we no longer have an account with). It seems criminal to me that they are allowed to do this. WE have canceled this credit card account and requested a new account number.
If I had not read the credit card statement in detail I would have paid this.
Imagine how much money the credit companies make by this "mistake". I wish this was addressed in the media. read full review »

The man named R. Avery Stone is a serial rip off, he advertise on the news papers almost all over Canada and usa that he has janitorial business for sale. He took so many people's money then he closes the office, move to another city with the same idea. I personally went to his office with the police he said this man moved. I live in the Pasadena area and made the mistake of using this company to trim a number of trees on my property. They claimed to have done a lot of work in the area and knew how to shape trees so they not only looked better, but were healthier. To say they made a mess of my yard would be an understatement. The trees that are not dying look like they were sent thru a blender. I've had to pay a 2nd company to clean up the mess Estaban Tree Service made. In April, we received an unsolicited order for receipt paper that we use in our cash register. The order consisted of 5 boxes of paper, which cost us 431.45. Since we had recently bought the business from the previous owner, we assumed that he had placed the order, so we paid the charge.
In July, we received another order, supposedly "approved" by our shift manager, However, she made no such authorization, so we do not intend to pay this bill, which is 0ver $400.

AT&T advertises on Radio & TV a Bundle of Services for about $124/mo. Sounded good. I called placed my order. Next thing I know Direct TV shows up and that’s when I found out Direct TV must contract out to AT&T. Anyway, the Technician hooked up 2 receivers in my apartment and a Satellite on my roof..

I traveled from Swargate (bypass) to Baner Road. The meter started off with 10 Kms reading. And when asked about it, he said that the meter always starts with 10 kms. Now the end reading was 32 Kms, which I am sure is not the correct distance between Swargate and Baner. Finally, he showed some very old Meter Rating card and charged me Rs. 400/- at morning 6 a.m saying its 1.5 times meter charge.
The rickshaw number is MH 12 Q 4383.

Twice now, I've received a Lands End catalog, phoned them to place orders...and have been told that they are out of the products. The catalogs have arrived in my maibox within the specified period requested by Lands End.
I emailed a complaint to Lands End customer service, and got a canned corporate response about needing to order conservatively. I find this very aggravating and disrespectful to a customer.

I pre paid over $3000 to Jen Jez at A Great Shot photographs in May of 2008 for a wedding in July of 2008. She did a good job with the engagements, a good job with the bridals, and she was wonderful to work with at the wedding. The picture she printed for the wedding with her advertisement was wrong, not attractive at all, but I was willing to pass on that.
