Falsely billed for charges on closing the account rather than renewing it. Turned over to NCO Financial 2 months after closing the account and believing that all fees had been cancelled when I cancelled the account. Now an 8.99 charge from 1and1 --- which I SPECIFICALLY asked them if there were any other charges I needed to take care of --- is being added to by a 18.95 charge for Collection. In my dealings with Beam of Light Technologies, INC. were at first very good. Their product switch faild and they replaced it right away. The second switch on their product failed again. I called them and they said they would replace it again. That was 3 weeks ago. Lost $120.00 to Doba after they charged a restocking fee for an engagement ring that they sent out which was the wrong size. I bought a boxed set of Thank You cards, & went back to return them. I knew there were 10 cards and 10 envelopes in the box when I went there. The owner counted the cards, & said there were only 9, & he wouldn't give me a refund unless there were 10. I repeatedly told him I never used a card & didn't know how there were only 9. Ive been trying to track my package for a week now and the postal company only knows that its in Vermont. I knew the company was in Utah and I am in NY so it made no sense to me that my package would go past the state I am in. We have a tack and feed store and got a sales call one day. The gentleman was selling vaccines for dogs & cats. I was promised if I did not sale the product than I would get a full refund on all products. As time went by they were not selling due to Florida laws and the local Vet policies. Due to inclement weather in southeast Missouri, the delivery had to be rescheduled for 2/09/09 which was over two weeks after the purchase date. If you need CD or DVD duplication, do yourself a favor and avoid Action Duplication in Conshohocken, PA. They totally ruined my CD project. Not only were they very expensive (I found out I could have had my job done for less than half the price at a different CD company) but they also nickel and dimed me for every little thing. In addition the printing on my CDs was terrible and the company refused to make it right. And then they somehow managed to ship my CDs to the wrong location. Never buy a 3rd party auto warranty for your used car. The big 3 offer aftermarket warranties for their cars and they cost more, but there is a reason. I just had my Ford transmission go at only 10K into the warranty with Amerigard and while they aggreed that the tranmission had to be replaced, they have a cap (in section IV on the warranty) of $2000 no matter what it costs.
