I frequently buy sandwiches and baked goods at Bread and Chocolate. The food is very good, however, recently, I went to the bakery and watched the girl working picking her nose as she waiting on customers, then not washing them, picking up bread and cakes with her bare hands, using the cash register, then continuing, all without hand washing. It is really disgusting to think nose droppings are now covering the baked goods. read full review »

Purchased 3Tier solar lights. Love the lights. THE GROUND STAKES ARE AWFUL. The plastic stakes break easily. I am looking for metal ground stakes which I was told by the Home Depot salesman were available. I cannot find these stakes in the stores or online. I need 12 metal ground stakes. I have called 800 # and submitted an email that was returned undeliverable. This is not good customer service. I have several Hampton Bay products, from ceiling fans to patio furniture. I purchase one ring tone to my phone, which I never received by paid for via credit card. No one at Ringotone will reply to my email even though the acknowledge receipt and tell me via email that someone will call immediately. I have sent 6 emails about this and get the same email response back immediately -- "end of story" at their end. Nothing has been resolved though I have still be charged and no ring tone. I run a fitness website and one day I got an email from these guys regarding their link building service. Surprisingly they were using free email to send mail not from their domain email. First I deleted that mail from my inbox. After 7 days I again got another mail about same service. Then some how I was interested for their service. So I opted for their 25 pr2 links package. I called the toll free number for the T-Mobile 2007 Free Fight Program and spoke with a woman named Cheryl who told me she would book the flight I selected and that I would receive an email (she verified she had my correct email) with the final flight information. I have never received anything from anyone about this flight!! She said there were booking fees in the amount of $90.98 (65.98 + 25.00) and I gave her a credit card, which she charged the fee to that date. This company uses a very broad privacy and terms and conditions statement at the bottomm of their website page to provide them their legal out to pass your personal information including credit card information along to their sister companies. This company is so rude & unprofessional. Customer already paid in full & they wrongly included the small shipping fee which the customer is willing to pay after the product arrived. They dont appologize for their wrong procedure & on the other hand being rude to customer's concern although the customer is already willing to pay in full & disregard their unprofessional procedure & email failure. I sent a Casio Exilim EX-Z1080 digital camera to the repair center because the lens was stuck. The warranty had expired, which I was aware of, so they sent me an estimate. At that time, I was offered an upgrade for a newer model. Since the cost of the upgrade was a little more than the cost of the repair, I opted for the upgrade. This comes in two pieces, one that goes around the sides and top of the window, and a separate piece for the bottom. The drivers were to arrive between 9-11am. They showed up on time and were to go directly to the new location. I was there for a half hour when I had to call THEM to find out that they were going to go downtown first and it would be 45 minutes before they got to my new location. FOUR hours later they arrived. The movers themselves are GREAT. The management sucks. There's no communication and he refuses to take responsibility. Also, they are VERY expensive. The trailer was purchased online with the comments that it needed about $100.00 worth of work to it. The seller said it needed a new wheel stud, one had broke. The trailer needed a little TLC. In reality, it needed new brakes, 5 new lug nuts which the seller never mentioned were obsolete. What really peeved me is that he said he was going to call me back with the lug nut information but he never did even after numerous attempts to contact him. A cold medicine product product has posted an ad on Canadian television stations that I find to be extremely vulgar. This ad shows a man, in an office setting, sneezing. The camera shows the phlegm moving (IN SLOW MOTION! from his sneeze) towards a fellow employee. The camera focuses on this repulsive graphic of human excrement for the viewer to see. I ordered the Igallop exercise machine at a sale price of 199. I received an email stating it was in stock and processing. Five days later I received a letter it was no longer available or in stock. I called the company and asked why, and they told me there was nothing they could do. My complaint is about the misrepresentation of a child's toy - Cool Tools Activity Set - sold by this company. The illustration on the outside of the package shows a white molded plastic liner in one half of the case which has a fitted space for each tool that comes with the set. There is no such liner in the case, which makes it too difficult for our child to put the tools away and close the case by himself and causes frustration.
