I believe it's against the law to sell used clothing unless it's a consignment store. I purchased a three piece washable pantsuit for $29.99 plus tax. I did not try the outfit on as usual when I make a purchase @ any store. When I got home and took it out of the bag, it was very ovious that it had been washed because a stain was on the white pants. On Tuesday May 5, 2009, I had the opportunity to visit store #8830 to purchase my son a gift. Once we picked a toy, the salesman (Amohd) was great. He gave us an opportunity to test the New Powering Scooter (845423002107) out, which was great. He assisted me to the checkout counter. The cahier was also great and polite. I asked her did they offer military discount. Being that she was unfamiliar with it, she then asked the manager on duty (JJ). I will never us FedEx again. Sony sent a package to my house with a tracking number to be delivered on a certain date. I checked in the morning and the package was to be delivered by 3 pm. I purchased a pair of prescription glasses on 3/18/09 at a cost of $740 paid in full at time of purchase. Glasses came in with a scratch and had to be sent out again. The customer service representative gave my mother a quote to move from Altoona, PA to Minneapolis, MN for $1130 +/- some change. On April, 6 2009, I purchased a clothe dryer from Sears. Total cost of $682.93 which included a $75 delivery fee. When the dryer was delivered the next day, it was not set up correctly for venting. In 2002 I moved into an apartment complex owned by Equity Residential called Tansbourne Terrace in Hillsboro, OR. I'd purchased a year supply of contact lens last May. And this box I'm using now is defected. 4 of them lasted 1 day or 2 lasted 2 days for my right eye. It's Frequency 55. I live in New York City and have used this service once before with the ticket being dismissed. The second time I used it I was found guilty. Now comes the hard part: getting a refund. Because I used WhiteOut to remove their logo or Copyright as they call it, I was refused a refund for altering the document. I changed no dates or places or any other information. You have to fax them all the documentation (which they already have), and if anything is missing or "altered" you're out. It's a great service if it works, but don't count on a refund. Access Wireless sold me a T-Mobil Family Plan with a $500 rebate in 90 days. The plan was activated in Dec. 2005 and is now June 2006. A graduation gift of an airline ticket was purchased for a passenger who was unknowingly afraid to fly. On finding out the dilemma, the credit card owner called Delta to cancel the flight, they were told "tough luck". The ticket cost was $298.59 and the only resolve offered was "the passenger could fly within one year or Delta keeps the money". The passenger either fly or tough luck. I ordered flowers ONE TIME in April without incident - the amount was less than $50. I never contacted the florist again as I had to reason to.
