I have a medical condition where I need sclerotherapy. I have a venous disease. I need to know where I could go to file a complaint against Blue Cross-Blue Sheild for denying me coverage. I had signed up for an 18 month membership, did not find the activities all that appealing for the most part and so let the membership lapse. RankingBlast.com is an internet based company that said they help companies get their web sites a higher ranking in the search engines. They did nothing for our site but charged us plenty to do it. I would like to complain about London General Holdings. When I purchased my car I took out GAP insurance through LGH and wish I'd never bothered. My car was written off last year and I have spent the last seven months trying to get them to sort out my claim. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and talk about the left hand not knowing what the right hand's doing... I will NEVER again buy any insurance from London General Holdings. I purchased a Spa2Go from Comfort Line Products less than a year ago and had to replace the heating unit, which had failed, about 4 months later. Now 3 months later it has failed yet again. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a replacement and keep getting the runaround. My spa is still under warranty but I can't seem to get the replacement part even after having agreed to pay the $89 shipping-labor surcharge cost. This is obviously an inferior product. I could live with that if the company would at least live up to their warranty. Zabars delivered a thank you basket to a Board member that was rancid. A perishable package was to be delivered on a Friday and was not delivery until the following Monday with no phone calls to alert the recipient or the purchaser there was trouble with delivery. Food made our client ill and when a call was made to Zabars they did not see a problem with delivering a rancid food basket. No apology or refund was offered.
