I have 4 kids and they can's sit outside of my door and talk with their friends. The playground area behind my apartment had a 6 ft drop not more than 1 yard away from the basketball court. My house was broken in three times. I mentioned to the office about the kids playing in the parking area, but where can they go to play I thought. On April 17, 2008 we had a salesman come to our home at 133 NW 49 Avenue, Plantation, Florida 33317. We have had an Aussie Bonza 3 gas grill for 4 years and it has crumbled from the inside out. Originally, we thought this grill was sturdy enough to last 10 years or more and we loved the way it cooked. After only 4 years, the grill still looks great from the outside but the main body of the grill has rusted out from the inside and all of the burners fell out through the bottom. I recently booked two rooms with the Los Angeles Airport Holiday Inn which the full amount was immediately billed to my charge card. On April 16th, 2008 my husband and I along with our 8 year old a daughter and my 77 year old mother checked in to Comfor Suites for a one night stay. First you have to get an authorization #, then it cost me 46 dollars(not refundable) to send it back, they received it on Feb. 16, I followed with call on April 24 wanting to know why my account wasn't credited and was told that somebody forgot to credit back my account, now it is the 2nd of may and I'm still waiting to get my money back. Although I am not the first to post an MBNA claim, I feel there is strength in numbers. I have had an ongoing battle over MBNA's fishy practice of moving their due dates. I have been seeing charges from USBI, Total Enhanced Services and ILD on my ATT telephone bills for months and months. I received the add for Easy Life Furniture and saw the price of $399 for the table I've wanted. I went to the store and was told that in addition to the price I would have to pay a $90 delivery charge. I told them that I have a truck and will pick it up myself. I told Pipexuk on March 11th that I was transfereing from them to another internet and landline service provider giving them dates of transfer on March 20th. I sent a cheque for what I know I owed, but has not been cashed as at April 29th. Forever Florist Operates in many different countries (Korea, Phillipines, Dubai, etc). They aren't really a florist. They are a company operating outside of the United States, but contract out to individuals in various countries who will buy the flowers at a market, arrange them any way they like, and then deliver them. When I called AT&T today to ask about detailed charges on my monthly bill, the customer service rep asked me if I knew what the ILD Teleservices Inc charge was for. Per AT&T, they are NOT responsible for that monthly 8.23 charge. They said I have to call ILD to cancel the monthly charge even though I contracted with AT&T and NOT ILD. I called ILD and was told that I need to contact MyBillingGuys.com. Now I see that this is a fraudulent charge which has been appearing for years on my account. Both my sister and my friend use the avent bottles as they are advertised as the best for your baby especially with colic. But they are absolutely the most annoying thing I have ever used. Nearly every time you shake the bottle or tip it up to feed the baby it leaks everywhere. Does'nt matter what you do and I can't figure out why they do this.
