Worthington Locksmith failed to show up with adequate supplies to install our front door lock. After a partial installation, they failed to show up for weeks, despite multiple calls made to them -- each time they make an excuse, promised to show up and fail to do so. Our mistake was paying for the work before it was entirely completed. They don't take credit cards, so watch out -- don't pay in full! Better yet - don't use them at all. They act polite as they lie about coming to complete their work. They also tried to make off with nearly new door handles we were having replaced. I'VE HAD MY OWN CLEANING COMPANY FOR 22 YRS. OVER THE LAST1 2 YRS, IVE BOUGHT ALL OF MY CLEANING SUPPLIES FROM DOLLAR GENERAL. Before two weeks i bought a new compaq desktop and some accessories for Modern computers (Spencer plaza branch). I paid full payment. They promised they will deliver within 2 days. I noticed that the ribbons on these mylar Mother's Day balloons are hanging down to my chest walking to look at items in the front of the store. They were in my mouth, nose, eyes, hair and on my face. I complained to the person checking me out and she said there was nothing she could do and there would be alot more of them this week for Mother's Day. This is how the swine flu is spread through touching the eyes, nose, and mouth with the germs. I live on Chestnut Grove rd and i still have the slow aol internet.. i have called and complian numerous times to windstream and begged for them to bring DSL down my road it seems like everyone else in mt.vernon has dsl but my road. aslo it took 25 mins for me to log on to my internet jus now n to get on this site!! i am very fursturated and tired of this, my road has had over 50 ppl sign and say they would get DSL if windstream would bring a line down this way but they still refused. and i know of at least 10-15 college students down my road that are having problems because some of their classes have tests online. read full review »

2 days ago I called TM Net regarding this prob, but what I get was the telephonograph sounded:

However When I purchased my last bag when I got home i dawned on me tat it was HALF te amount for double the price.
I WAS buying 6oz bags and the bag i got TUBE CUT was only 3oz...
I am very disapointed...
it cost me $17.99 plus tax for a 3oz bag..

This post is long, but I would truly appreciate any feedback I can get. It’s been 8 days and more than a dozen phone calls and my issue has yet to be resolved.
1. Lost internet connection on Friday, April 24, 2009. Could not get the DSL light on modem to light up. Trouble shooted computer, connections, wires, modem, phone lines, filters, etc. Called Bell Tech Support (didn’t get name) and after a lengthy discussion on trouble shooting, etc, was told replacement modem would cost me $19! The rates at this trucking company are extremely high. I called several days ago and spoke to some crazy woman called Shirley Spera. I asked about their rates to several states in the United States and also to here in Hamilton, ON. When I told her that her rates were too high she started screaming at me over the phone. April 1st 2009 brought car in to take a look at. Was having problem with a clunking noise that I thought was cb boot or sway bar. I took my car to firestone uptown and the mechanic that looked at it went thru a check list and he said that he check windshield wiper fluid but he didn't. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY... I ordered a coat rack online which was misrepresented in their advertising as having "Brass Plated Hooks" but the item came with VERY FLIMSY PLASTIC balls for hooks. A couple of the plastic balls broke when we assembled the coat rack. We glued them back together, but the plastic continues to break on several of the plastic balls. so I wasn't able to transfer my remaining talktime from one card to another - to keep my numbers active when I am overseas. This lousy *128# is not working until one day all my cards are expired -

the call constantly disconnected even before any conversation starts, was charges $3...so you could be not able to talk for anything and already got charged $3. terrible service!!!
this happens at least 3 times a day, that is $9 charge for nothing. i have to buy $59.9 which $9.9 is convenient fees, which lasted 2 days only. we only talked for 40 mins a day or less, so that is 80 mins for $60.
well the rate is actually ~$6 for 15 mins, if the disconnect problem isn't there, then $50 will last 120 mins, so the connection problem... read full review »

After 7 long months of dealing with several people at BC/BS, I have come to the conclusion they are just about worthless as a provider anymore. It didn't use to be the case. They advertise one rate and after you have purchased credit they charge you at a higher rate. They deliberately do not provide statements in order that you do not realize the charge rate. They make many promises that they do not keep. Even more worse news – their sales team pester you on a very regular basis to purchase more credit. Take note you will be disturbed at all times even if you have a large credit balance. I ended up paying £100 worth of credit which was charged at 3 times the rate they advertised (I was sucked into £100 when I only wanted to try them out with £10). I was offered a deal to get FIO inertnet service from Verizon in September 2008 when I tried to cancel my DSL service from them. The guy over the phone told me that there was no activation fee, no contract to sign up. I would only need to pay $42.99/mo and receive $25/mo discount from my local phone bill.
It turned out I had to pay $30 installation fee and there was a year contract.
