Watch out for a scam called the 'De Monaco Heritage Fund-Foundation' that has a P.O. Box in Las Vegas, NV. They do NOT list a phone number, email address or web address. I answered a add on dsl extreme because it was a cheap rate, and before I disconnected my primary dsl with Time Warner. Because the purchase was more then 22.00 dollar I had by law in California 3 days to accept or refuse the offer regardless of the any other contracts they my have required me to sign. Once an apparently genuine internet marketing company, run by Bryan Winters, now just a scam. They will take your subscription but will not respond to any request for cancellation. The only way I could get out was to cancel my credit card so they couldn't steal my money any longer. Was told it would take 7 days to transport van from Canton, Ma to Ft. Myers, Fl.It took 19 days. I had to rebook air flight and had to stay in motel in Ft. I purchased a replica Rolex Submariner in May 2007. In March 2008 the reflective bubble adjacent to the "8" came loose and is now rattling about inside the face of the watch. Be very wary of using these guys to move. They came across as very professional leading up to our move which was across the country. Delivered our stuff in a somewhat reasonable time frame with various items damaged which is not that unexpected. Upon opening the box the only item missing was the entire Hardware. Since this particular type of stool was the only the piece left at the TARGET store (located in Hackensack, NJ). I contracted with R&S Relocation and Storage for a move from North Carolina to Mississippi in 2006. The salesperson was Paul Spacek. They subcontracted the job to Rich's Van Lines. The movers arrived without weighing the truck first and they refused to do so. The vehicle was also not weighed with the full load. Our service with them failed on the 17th of April. It is now the 23rd and I keep getting the old "we're very sorry we have forwarded to our technical team to deal with" always putting me on hold. They have not met their commitments to getting back to me on two occasions. This is outsourced Indian support which I have no problem with HOWEVER when multiple service calls get told nothing new I have had it. We have not had voicemail nor fax services for over a week.
