Well, how interesting to find out that Progeny servers are the source of my companies 4 web sites being shut down today. How proud Progeny must feel, according to their web site about EV1. I purchased a number of ‘African Dream’ pre-paid phone cards distributed by this company to use for calls to South Africa. At the time of purchase, the advertised rates for these calls indicated that a $2.00 card would give 51 minutes calling time. There is fine print stating that the rates are subject to change without notice. Our son purchased two shirts as a gift for my husband. The brand name was, Consensus, and were purchased in Cleveland TN. When washed the sleeves shrank 3in. Usually you expect 1 in. but not 3in. I have (or had) a best buy HSBC credit card. I never made a late payment and or ever missed a payment. I had a 3500. available credit line. Last week I paid off in full my small balance on the card. Today i went into best buy to purchase a new lcd tv. My credit card was denied, while i was in the store i called HSBC. My boyfriend and I went in this past weekend to purchase some spring slacks and other men's accessories. The first time we stopped in, no one offered to help us, we had to ask associates first for help. I purchased the Verizon Broadband service on 3/2/9 after being on Dialup for several years because other than the devil that is Comcast, no other highspeed is available in my area. Contract was sold to me through a auto loan at AAA as a extended warranty contract and after I incurred problems with the engine, they rebutted the problem as being beyond their contract. I contacted the Attorney Generals at NYS and NC to complain and respectively they claim that this is a Vehicle Service contract. I'm not sure why someone hasn't started on KDS Property Services in Texas yet. Their 'SOP' is finding ways to not pay contractors for work. From California, Okalahoma, Colorado, Texas and Louisiana..there are lots of contractors that haven't been paid.
