I ordered a net 10 refurbished phone for $20 online. When I received it I got the message unable to charge when plugging in the wall charger. I went to an interview at this place, the basically gave me a run down of the jobs they had to offer, and locations of the apartment complex's they said were open to hiring leasing consultants. I returned an expensive comforter to beyondbedding within 3 days after I received the item. Not only did they not issue a refund after I followed their return instructions, but they claimed they have no record of a return, despite my provided proof. This company is not to be trusted. In addition, they said that even if they did issue a refund to me, I would be charged a $30 'restocking fee', as if it costs them $30 to put a comforter in the basement of this two-bit operation. The efax service company does not work. Apparently faxmicro.com was purchased by fax.com but there was no notice or bulletin that this take over transaction was taking place. I have not been receiving any faxes in the past 5 business day which is negatively effecting my work and business. I have called each company for the past 5 days and no one ever picks up the phone. Verizon lets its customers know of special offers, promotions and discounts by text or mail. The Verizon store in Yuma, Az never seems to want to honor any of these. I purchased tickets online to a concert in California. When I received my ticket confirmation, the tickets were for the same concert in Arizona. The website had the dates switched for the concert. The tickets were purchased 5 months in advance. I filed a dispute with American Express who did nothing to support me. The tickets were delivered to a neighbors address by FedEx and I shipped back to the merchant immediately. Contractor did sloppy work on a colored stamped concrete patio. Several areas of patio were not stamped, but hand-drawn without a straight edge. Color faded within 2 weeks. We purchased a maghogony door two years ago from AAW Inc.through Capistrano Hardwoods. The doors are on the north side of the house (sheltered) and have faded from red maghogony to a golden pecan color. The company refuses to stand by their product and the dealer, Capistrano Hardwoods in San Juan Capistrano will not help us in any way. I called the 800 number to order a tonneau cover for my truck. I sat on hold for 5 minutes listening to music only to get an option to leave a message. Thinking this may be just an isolated instance I called again 2 hours later. Same experience. I called the company and it appears that they never answer the phone. I purchased a pair glasses for my 10 year old son in May 2008. From: Green Brook Vision Center, Green Brook NJ.The frames were from Capri Optics - (Flexure FX23 46-18 color: Ink). In July 2008, the frames and one lens had to be replaced, when the frames broke and the lens fell out. One lens became scratched and therefore needed to be replaced. I recently purchased a pedometer from this company that on top of the initial cost charges $99 per year for dues. They track your steps online and it is a very good product. However, this company does not have a phone number, and therefore no reasonable way to get in touch with a live person.
