I purchased measuring tape and was told that it's lifetime and purchased a ratchet and when product broke I tried to return and was told that the blade isn't covered only lock and case. How can you tell if locks not broke if the tape is out. My story is much the same as everyone elses. We did go to a couple properties and one in Arkansas was underwater and the other in New Mexico that was lake side however, the road was so narrow only one car would fit, if it rained or snowed you couldnt get out, the property was on a very slanted hillside and no power. My brother passed away on January 30. On February 1 we ordered an arrangement of lilies for the wake on the following day. The order was made through FTD. Frugal Flowers is right down the street from the funeral home that these flowers were delivered to. NOT ONE BUD IN THE FLORAL ARRANGEMENT WAS OPEN! Not one! I was mortified. I had purchased a remote car starter for a 2003 Toyota Camry, in addition to the installation. It was a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. The total for the starter and installation was just under $200. When she went to get it installed a month and a half later the shop called her and said we would have to pay another $50 because it was made in Canada and had a transponder. I want to know how is it the my original debt with Aspire Visa which is $2989.82 but NCO Financial is trying to collect $6099.88. I used the term trying because I am in no way going to pay them $3110.06 extra for a debt that is worth $2989.82. They have the audacity to try and charge $3110.06 at 16% interest. We ordered a PODS container to store our houshold goods while our Condo unit will be rented. When I placed the order with PODS via telephone, I was never asked whether or not I was going to need moving pads. I was aksed if I needed a lock and I said no thank you, I will be supplying my own. When the PODS contatiner was delivered, there were 12 moving pads, a new lock, 2 new pairs of gloves, and 2 new bundles of clothes line rope. I used this theme for a few months and then for no reason it quit working. They offer this theme for free but it appears to be a support scam. Now it will not delete from my cpanel. I emailed the owners and they told me they didn't know what happened. They can't tell me how to delete their product from my cpanel and they have refused to help me at all. I ordered, paid for, and received a nice new Sleep Number bed from Select Comfort in April of 2008. The initial delivery was substandard, but they quickly replaced it with a new set and we were content. However, 6 months later the box spring began to squeak and creek at even the smallest movements. Crucial Media IS a scam. They've taken money from me and several others without delivering the service they promised. All emails and formal letters - complaint letters etc are COMPLETELY IGNORED, phone calls are cut off. Boots were supplied in Dec 2008. They have an obvious manufacturing or design fault which caused severe damage to the purchasers lower shin after 2 days. On Feb 12, 2009 I tried to cancel a massage appointment for Feb 13, 2009 three hours outside of the 24 hour cancellation policy due to just finding out that I had lost my job. Century 21-pacesetter was listing my property to sell. We had a buyer who failed to get a mortgage. We moved out because our buyer wanted to be in by 12-15-08. We are no longer obligated to Century 21 and were told by our lawyer we could list our home with another company. Our current realtor is unable to list our home on the MLS because Cen. 21 will not take the house out of contract. They have recieved all correspondaces between our lawyer and the buyers lawyer. The online course rarely begins at the scheduled time. Questions about study materials to be completed before class are not answered via e-mail causing confusion during the actual class as students are not sure which assignments are due. Customer sevice consist of ignoring the customer after the course has been paid. During the registration process e-mails and phone calls are answered but should an issue arise after you have paid, there is no help. I purchased a high end Chattam & Wells mattress from SitNSleep on 7-29-06 with a 10 year non prorated warranty. The mattress is junk and has fallen apart internally. It was inspected and found to be defective and approved for replacement. Sit N Sleep just issues a credit to come into the store and "BUY" another mattress. I took my car in for a simple oil change and was told I needed an engine flush and an engine additive. I agreed after hearing their pitch for 5 minutes. After $137 I was on my two mile journey home. The next day as I was on my way to work my car started sputtering, shaking, and then the check engine light came on. I had to have to towed back to the location. I made a reservation online via their website for a 5x5 storage space. No where on their website states that the space for the $49 price was obstructed by a column which takes up about half the space. On 9-3-08 Mr. Peng contracted to do the fabrication and installation of my downstairs shower and vanity at my house. He cut the 3rd and 4th granite slabs incorrectly so that my new fabricator cannot install the granite to my upstairs (second) shower. I am asking for a refund for the two wrongly cut slabs because Mr. Peng refuses to replace them. He will not do the second shower job as he originally promised me and refuses to repair the damage to the vanity top and backsplash that his installers caused while doing the contracted job. I purchased a toner cartride through Amazon which was represented as a new Canon cartridge. The price was half again as much as "remanufactured" or "compatible" cartridges, so I figured it was just a good deal. When it arrived the box plainly said "remanufactured". When I complained to Abacus they blamed me and Amazon and offered only to take the cartridge back with me paying shipping both ways (this is no favor - you can return anything this way). My wife and I use Chem-Dry for periodic carpet cleaning. Before our annual Christmas party we called Chem Dry and they sent a person out to clean the carpet. After our carpet was cleaned, it seems that ChemDry also cleaned out around $4, 500 in a 5 gallon change jug we kept in our closet. Although I was told today that an actual final bill was sent to me that month, I have no recollection of receiving it.
