ER Solutions calls my home daily beginning at 7:30 in the morning. I have a answering machine and caller I.D. on TV as well as my phone. Every number I get...I call it back and just go f***king crazy on the person whose answered, and it's always answered "Hello". How professional is that? It's employees calling us from their homes. I googled ARizona Diamondbacks to buy tickets. The company popped up looking like the official site to buy your tickets for these games. I started trying to call this company within a week of recieving this product to return it you must notify them and get a RMA number but they only place you on hold for long periods of time and after a hour or more they disconnect you. On October 29 we sent some damaged drawer parts to the cabinets we received back to Kitchens Pro. Owner Matt Carmona said he would send us new one back because of the damage caused to them.
