Since March 5th 2009 my AT&T Internet connection drops off on a regular basis in the evening. Every evening. I have called AT&T many times. Each time I have repeat the entire story and situation (don't they keep a history?). I get the same old line checks etc. etc. No help. Correctional Billing Services (CBS) is a monopoly company (when trying to contact a loved one in jail). They are dedicated to making attempts to contact loved ones a frustrating and expensive experience. They say they offer customer service, but they don't provide it. The bottom line is that you MUST use their service IF you need to speak via telephone with your loved one. It will cost you well over $1.00 per minute to talk to them. I went to Google looking for a local florist in the Chicago area. Abbott's was listed in Calumet City, Il. I called their toll free number and placed an order at 9:05 for a funeral wake for today. Johnson Company cheapen the quality of the Ziploc Double Zipper Multi-Purpose quart bag. The new but not better "Fresh Shield" bag is over a gram lighter and thinner and does not have the abrasion resistance of the older version. My guess is that Johnson redesign the bag to reduce the reuse of the storage bags which would increase sales. Ziploc use to be a quality product. I have been coming to this restaurant for many years and have always enjoyed the food. There are two waiters that are very unprofessional and quite rude. I don't know their name but one of them is old, maybe in his late 50's and the other waiter is short & old, probably in his 60's. When trying to have lenses replaced in a pair of glasses, staff blamed me saying that I did something to the lens. The lens was pitted and foggy. I do not work around chemicals, toxins nor did I grind sand into the lenses. When I said that I wasn't happy with the service I was shouted at and argued with. On 2-23-09, I brought a skirt to the Grassland Cleaners in Franklin, TN (satellite store of the New Way Cleaners in Nashville, TN). If the airlines cancels or changes your flight before you depart you lose all your money paid for flight insurance. The flight insurance refuses to cover you if you purchase a new flight with the same dates and everything. I lost $80.00 because the airlines changed my flight details. This happens all the time when you plan ahead. I called Travelocity Flight Insurance and they told me "Sorry for your Luck". This company is an amazing Scam and work of art. Their ads are lame and too expensive. You get Zip codes while pay per click does it cheaper by state or city instead of zip codes. We purchased a Cyclone Sewer Vent from Camping World. It is made by Camco. It is advertised as fitting "any plumbing" on any RV. However, it did not fit our RV piping, and there were no adapters provided to make it fit. Jay and his website advertise that they do a 450 Point inspection - nothing even remotely close to that number. In fact he failed to catch that the fact that both rear brake lights did not work!!! Took my newly purchased used car to the dealer - air filter was beyond dirty, coolant was weak and needed to be changed (not to mention the replaced brake light bulbs). Jay and Lemon Protector did not lift vehicle to test underside for corrosion as advertised. Well, this complaint is slightly silly, but since it would be great to have another successful coffee chain besides Starbucks, I offer it as feedback. The Tully's mocha is not good. I don't have them often but like to have a good mocha. And Tully's unfortunately makes the worst mocha on the planet. The chocolate is the problem.
