I have been experiencing poor cutomer service and fraudulent behavior! I had my service for about 3 years and at the time I had purchased their wireless phone the UT1000. The phone started acting up after 6 months i called the company and they told me it was the battery or the charger. Tribute cancelled my card for me being nine days late, which I think is stupid. Considering I had never been late in the past. In fact, I paid early and sometime twice in one month. I lost my order number and even with all the information I gave them again, they will not allow me to down load my product. I keep getting calls from 800-525-9241. I am on the 'national do not call list' and I made a complaint about this number calling me a couple of weeks ago to the NDNCL. What is especially irritating is that when you answer the phone, there's nothing but silence on the other end - no one is there. I have spent $2 now, on finding out who it is calling (I don't have call display). I don't see the point of them calling if they aren't going even talk to you. I consider it to be harassment. I used Condor moving systems for my Jan. 6, 2009 move. I will never use this company EVER again. For one, the main person was very rude and unprofessional. Secondly, when my furniture was delivered and set up, it took him 30 minutes-which made me have to pay an additional fee- just to set up my bed. I ordered a set of four NEW pumps from this company. Can you believe that they sent me USED, BROKEN, and INCOMPLETE pumps? When I complained, they told me to send them back for a refund (I should have asked for a pre-paid return label). Consequently, I had to pay for shipping it BACK to them. After my previous water heater failed after 31 years, I had a 30-gallon A. O. Smith Promax gas water heater installed on October 30, 2007. On November 17, after 19 days, the pilot light went out. Bought a brand new RZR-S for $14K. Soon after I began hearing that the air filter on the vehicle was allowing dust to infiltrate the motor. Since my unit did not see much use I kept a close eye on this while contacting my dealer regarding this problem. My truck was stolen in Dec of 08. My primary insurance declared it a total loss, and settled my claim within a month. They did their part in paying what they needed to the finance company, in an appropriate and timely manner. My son was arrested in Surfers Paradise for an altercation where many people were involved.
