I called them to pick up my 12 y/o daughter & myself they said right away. Lies !!! I waited over an hour for them I repeatedly tried calling them they must have caller id they never picked up the phone of course.I had to walk with my daughter until I found a place that I was able to get another car service number and they were kind enough to pick me up. I was intrigues by all the commercials for the Rogers Wireless Internet Stick so I bought one. The ads all seem to be "plug and play" and the instructions indicated just that. My laptop is not brand new but is only two years old. I tried to make it work and could not. We ordered an AMEX gift card and received confirmation on November 24th. When 10 business days were up I called the following three days asking where the card was. If you own an iPhone be careful not to lose it or in my case have it stolen. Fido will not replace that phone for anything less than $675 .
