I am most distraught over my recent dealings with a company that I thought to be legitimate. CIA.COM the worst service for VOIP!!! My phone line has not worked for over 6 months, CIA has billed my credit card for the phone charges, when my 14+ emails went unanswered I cancelled my credit card. This company is known for its amazing signs. Well, I realize that this is a franchise so different owners may do different things. Yes< I too was a sucker to fall for this company too, I paid them up front $500.00 to start a loan modification on my fist mortgage and second mortgage. This was in Oct. 2008 and they requested I fill out paperwork do a hardship letter ect. they never return your calls or emails. In going through past copies (and present month) of my ATT bill, I discovered I am being billed on average $30.31 by Total Enhanced Services Billing Inc., a company I have never heard of and do no business with. Really great customer care- I looked online for a florist for flowers for the funeral and came across www.bloomex.ca in Winnipeg. My grandfather passed away 2 days prior. I ordered 3 large arrangements to be delivered the next day for the funeral from Bloomex. The arrangements arrived on time with plenty of time before the service. All the arrangements were in pristine condition, the flowers fresh and open. I just wanted to thank Bloomex.ca for the beautiful flowers they were able to dispatch from their Mississauga people. They were perfect - the size, the colour, the arrangement. I should have known better, but I was seduced by the Google name in believing that it was legitimate. Pay 4.95 for shipping and handling to receive CD for GOOGLE on line to make money for GOOGLE. I am so careful I cannot understand that I did this. I even forgot about it. I never received the CD. IN the interim I was contacted by Experian that someone was using my credit . This company has called several times. I have asked them to remove my number from their calling list and they just hang up. This last time I called back gave some information and got to speak to a supervisor. When I asked him the remove my number he called me and I Quote " You're a liar. A Mother F N Liar." I called Hallmark Of New Jersey(PA based) to have my garage roof fixed on 12/09/2007. Al Portnoy(owner) came to my house and fleeced my father(81 now deceased)and myself of 117, 500.00. Verizon support is non existant! Since I started with their "triple play" service, I have had problems. Two business telephone lines do not work. I notified Verizon Monday, and each day they tell me it will be fixed the next day. As of now 10PM 12/4/2008, my phones are still not working. Order product on November 18. Payment deducted from my account November 20 with assurance cigarettes would be delivered in 3-5 days. It's now December 5th and still no delivery, phone call or e-mail. Phone and e-mail never answer or respond. There was no problem in the past, Problem began this fall. Recemmend we all contact both States Attorney in New Mexico and U.S. Attorney's office. I paid Eric Reben $1, 200 for 20 pre set appointments back in September and I have received nothing from him in return. I gave him 45 days to deliver and so far it is close to 90 days and he has done nothing. He claims to have a big operation but I have only ever spoke to him. Dominic at Technology 21 claims that you can make over $1200 per week by using his software. I have been using his software for several years and have never ever been able to make any money from the software. Dominic claims to offer unlimitied support and training to which I need to beg to get any. THE SERVICE ITSELF: In fairness to the company, I have their router box, and my phone works. If everthing was just as all the original agreements we made, this deal would be STELLAR. My great uncle passed away, we contact Bloomex for the funeral arrangements. The girl on the phone was really helpful, she took the time to go through the arrangements, we wanted yellow roses instead of red for the Unequivoval love spray. She custom made the spray we wanted with our specs. It was delivered 2 hours before the service (we ordered it at noon, it arrived at 2pm). As a customer from the UK I found the ordering and transaction really easy. I was kept up to date with the orders progress and was informed when the flowers had been delivered. I particularly liked the fact that I could talk to someone online when I had a query. We noticed an amount of 49.90 taken out of our account from BWP Mags...called the bank and they gave us this number. Called the number and was informed that we had authorized this account over the phone. We told them that we had not so they gave us another number. They had wrong address, as soon as order went through I noticed they had my old address. So I was given the opportunity to put in that change with the order, so I emailed them giving my new address telling them I had moved. I love to buy clothes from NY and Company. I love to shop online almost as much. My complaint stems from their offers of discounts for purchasing a certain amount, etc. This is the 2nd time the website didn't accept the special code I was asked for and emails and calls to the company have proved fruitless. I am very disappointed with the billing department at Shideler Dermitology. When I first went to this dermitology office in 2007, I never had any problems with the billing department. I think this office outsourced their billing service to some other group, because we have to call a 1-866 number for billing concerns.
