We ordered flowers from Bloomex in Ottawa for our wedding last week. We ordered red gerberas and white roses. The flowers arrived the day before the wedding on Friday, and they were very well packed. We were able to unpack the beautiful flowers and arrange them for the wedding on saturday. We were very happy with the quality, firends and family made comments on the freshness and beauty of the flowers. Order Furniture which was delivered on 10/28/2008 Delivered in the rain hence Media Dresser and Dresser back cardboard got wet. They do not ready Delivery Release Form! While on a recent trip to Mexico we made a 2 to 3 minute phone call to our son in law, using our credit card, from the hotel lobby. The call was to advise him of our room number in the event of an emergency. The hotel was Villa Del Palmar in Puerto Vallarta. The flowers when they arrived had a couple of broken lilies, my daughter said they were beautiful except for the broken stems. i called Bloomex and told the customer service rep about this, my hopes were that the courier company would take more pride in the packages they deliver. I received a call from a Mary Stevens from the 'AT&T notification department' to tell me that AT&T was changing it's long distance billing carrier from World Com to NSBI. We had our move this Saturday and I could not believe what happened. First of all Daniel (the lead) comes in with all this paperwork and shows me all these additional packing charges. After checking the internet for local movers in the Houston, TX area, I chose Cross America Van-Lines because their estimate was for 3 men and a duration of 5 hours for a total of $350.00 plus a one hour travel time of $70.00 for a grand total of $420.00. M&T I would say illegally manipulates the time and when your transactions are processed to maximize the amount of fee's they get out of you. They have done this over and over to me. Received modem anyway and first bill is $314 ?? They have added everything, including the kitchen sink on my bill. Repairtechinc.com refuses to honor a 3 year extended warantee purchased. I've gotten either no response, or "we'll get back to you tomorrow" response since early part of November. It seems to me that this company has no intention of ever honoring their product.
