I use at&t services for my cellular phone and my landline. I ordered my high speed internet through at&t and requested a bundle packaged deal. I was told that there would be a rebate issued to me for the modem. it has been practically 2 months and i have not received anything yet. I call at least twice a week but, to no avail. Have bought numerous prepaid phone cards to call internationally, usually for £5. The card claims hundreds of minutes to landlines, and less for mobiles. The truth is they give you around 1/5th the time they state. Furthermore, if you use a few minutes and then try to use the card a week later, the card has become redundant- claims that there is no more credit, which is IMPOSSIBLE as I have only used about 12 minutes, even when the card states that it will expire between 30-90 days from first use (depending on company).
