I ordered a set of pans from QVC. The product id, description and picture stated that the pans would be blue. When the package arrived, the pans were red. I signed up with MX Energy 3 years ago in New Jersey as a natural gas supplier under a Fixed Rate Plan, 3 year contract. Have never missed a payment to Public Service, who then pays MX. We provided limousine service in an H2 Hummer and a 10 passenger Lincoln Town Car limousine for a wedding on June 9, 2007. The 10 passenger was used for 1.5 hours and we are owed $180 for that. ATT - changed my plan without any communications and when I cancelled all services with ATT they argued that I would have to pay for a phone that wasn't working and that the minutes were used Here is the bizarre part of the whole incident.
