We have registered a web domain with Hiox, and it was having awebpages of the conference. Alamingly just before the congress event HIOX has suspended our website with out even informing us due tot hte fact that the website increased the bandwidth. They have not sent the bandith log report and just mailed thet bandwith has exceeded 200% and requeste dus to pay for the extra bandwidth with out informing the amount required. We originally had a dedicated server with Ipower and they sold their dedicated server unit to IHsystems. We have been with them for 3 months and our site has been down at least once a week. Then on October 24th it went down at 7:30 pm. We sent a support ticket at 9pm. on the 25th we were still down so I called support, they stated we would be up by 10pm on the 25th. I signed up for hits4pay.com, where they send you advertisements via email and they pay for each one you click. After several months of receiving the emails, as I was finally starting to approach the minimum amount that they will pay, they wiped out my account. I emailed them about a dozen times and they responded twice saying my account was still active. Soon after, I was completely deleted from their database and they still refuse to answer me. I placed an order for next day on the 26th November, for my friend's birthday. Lambert & Lambert mislead me in submitting my invention. I mail them $199 for my inventions and they said it was for an evaluation process. They send my report back and said that my invention did not pass the score had to be 96 and I got a 84. I purchased a scooter from Countymotorsports in May of 2008, and have received nothing but nothing from them. I paid for additional insurance for delivery and they would not honor the cosmetic damage. After 500 miles, the exhaust gasket blew out and they have not responded to my requests for warranty coverage. The factory had miswelded the tailpipe connectorl and installed a makeshift gasket. Once we were friends he got me to chat on yahoo, showed me naked webcam, turned it off and asked if I would help vote for him on Playboy model. James Cox, owner of Seven Design Studios refuses to pay on a Judgement awarded against him. This was for a software program that he never completed for a client. A Judge in Butte County Superior Court awarded his client over 5700 dollars to be paid by James, which he refuses to do. This was awarded over a year ago. Anyone who is considering hiring Mr Cox for any of his services should strongly reconsider. He has had numerous complaints against him. Vista signs you up for a membership that is Free the first 30 days and if not cancelled they charge you 14.95 a month. I was guaranteed a refund from Legal CPU for a name change if my petition was rejected for any reason. It was rejected because the county where I live does not use the forms that Legal CPU sent. I called to ask for a refund. The guy I talked to yelled at me and was very rude. He said I would not get a refund. I persisted, and he told me to send the copies of the forms the county does use.
