recently I went to put and item on their auction site. My personnel information was still their after at least a year of none use my bank account credit card number etc. but when I put my item on for sale it says.to have credit card/us phone number/and billing address. In May 2008, my son purchased a cell phone from the a/n company for approx. $160 USD. It worked for less than 30 days and then shut down the service provider and locked itself. I contacted Timtechs who advised that as the 15 days were past there was nothing they could do. I tried to contact this company's President/CEO with a polite email requesting payment but was ignored. This is why I'm filing this report. Back in June, I received a phone call from phone pages asking if all our information was still the same or if I wanted to make any changes, thinking it was yellow pages which we do business with I simply said Yes its still the same and went on with out thinking. Since then they have faxed us over 50 times and they keep adding interest on the $500 plus bill. This is the fourth time I've reported Omni Business Solutions. Incredibly, they have contacted me three times after nearly selling me a contract two years ago. In that incident, I agreed to a contract for mentoring which was woefully inadequate, consisting of courses that had little or no applicability to my efforts as an online marketer and would have been a complete waste of time. 3ix Hosting moved my server and in the process killed all 23 websites I had with them. The tech support is dumb as a door nail and they hide behind ticketing system. Any request has to be followed up by at least 10 different updates and at the end they don't know their head from their tail. It's pretty much the same story...email you a "Binding Estimate" or "Binding Quote, " then arrive to your home and all of a sudden everything changes. I purchased a Garmin GPS unit for one price. then I was contacted and told the GPS unit I purchased does not include "any" mapping and maps would be 189.00 extra. I contacted Garmin.com and they confirmed that all their GPS units are per-loaded with maps. I called and told "Dave Weston" I would not need the any maps, send the unit as ordered. My laptop that we bought 3 years ago has been horrible since about two years ago. I've had to wipe out the hard drive at least 5 times to fix whatever is wrong with it temporarily and it hasn't kept a charge without the power cord in ages. I share the same complaint. IHSYSTEM has been my worst experience in dedicated server hosting. My dedicated server went down at least once a week. I have now moved my server hosting to my workshop garage and it was a great sigh of relief. DO NOT trust this hosting company. I rescued a little mixed terrier destined for euthanasia. I took the dog to Banfield for his first checkup. I was talked into the "Plan". I was told he was heart worm positive and would need treatment but not to worry, it was very safe. All of this was not in the "plan" so I had to pay for it out-of-pocket (around $1000.00).
