3 months ago I ordered a replacement lamp for my projector. I was told I would have it in 2 to 3 weeks, finally after a month it was shipped. When I tried to install the lamp, I found that they had shipped the wrong product. I sent it back to them using UPS, I had UPS email them the tracking number, and after 2 and a half weeks, I did not hear anything. When I emailed them they stated they needed a tracking number. Their website makes contradictory claims that there is no commitment to use their service and that one may cancel at any time. I have done some work for Temeka Inc. spraying the Line-X on kiosks they made for the NFL. They were to bring me the product ready to spray. It wasn't. I spent a lot of money having my worker repair their work and dealing with their late deliveries of the product. After the work was completed they refused to make the final payment of approximately $4500. They found another Line-X dealer to do the work and from what I hear are treating them the same way. I phoned to top up my Kiwicall card. The lady (Leila situated in the Phillippines) took all my credit card details. I was not compfortable with some fo the questions she asked me. She then informed me there was a problem and I should wait for half an hour before trying to use the card...I had a death in the family half way accross the world! I received a quote from a Chris H who committed to a maximum rate for the move. When we reached the destination, the driver/head honcho - Eugene and his despatcher Adam refused to unload the furniture unless I signed the credit card bill for $500+ higher than the quote.
