I change my phone account from Reliance global to Airtel year before. Few weeks before i got an e-mail from Reliance that if you recharge your account with us you will get up to 150 minutes free. I was trying to reconnect with Symantec chat room, when redirected to Norton.com/connect me, where I was directed to Geeks by Minute. I didn't know this wasn't Norton. Not only there are many legit people who try to get their job done, but also there are a lot of scam artists running afoul at getafreelancer.com website. I was scammed by one of those fraudsters, and getafreelancer.com will not do anything about it. This company has NO support for hosting services. My site has been down for 3 weeks and I've logged several trouble tickets with zero response. The company farms out their phone service to an external messaging company, and their 24/7 online support is non-existent. We had two appliances that broke at the same time, a dishwasher and a microwave. They came over to assess these and order the appropriate parts. Once the parts arrived, they came back to do the repairs, but were only able to repair one of the appliances, stating they ordered the wrong part for the other appliance. This company is the WORST!! They called us acting like they were already our credit card paper suppliers and tricked us into working with them. Finally got a call for delivery on a Sunday night at 9PM and the horrible rude german man wanted thousands in CASH. I had billing issue with primus. Every month primus send me invoices of home phone which i never used. In fact my home phone is registered with some other company and i pay them every month. I called primus for more than 3-4 times after waiting for more than 30 mins each call. I also emailed them but after 3 months still my problem is unresolved. The customer service is most poor. Alwasys there is a call queue for more than 20 mins and when you call them they are absolutely making fool.
