We use this company and have pretty bad experience similar to others here. Not much damages little things but nothing very bad. my main concerns center around different movers coming to pick us up than supposed to. I was told it was there truck to pick up my luggage and no such services happened. Nationwide moving services is a broker with maybe 1 truck but that truck was not picked me up!! I filed a homeowner's insurance claim on August 18 2008, after my shower drain pipe broke, damaging my bathroom flooring (water damage). I have chosen Navis to ship my massage chair & a BOX with a lot of stuff in it. They picked up my stuff on 08/14/2008 but shipped it after a MONTH on 09/16/2008. I had damage to my natural gas line in to my house. I understood that it would be an expensive repair bill, but the bill that I received was outrageous. The final bill arrived and the materials were charged at $68 and the equipment was charged at $119. No problem, that's the cost of materials and goods. I received as a gift a pair of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut in New Orleans that cost over $100.00. After Hurricane Katrina I had to move to Atlanta. I recently purchased a so-called "Like-New" Compaq iPaq 3835 Pocket PC-PDA for $53.99; From Amazon.com seller Frank Kurka aka USEDiPAQ.
