ABC Limo arrived late to pick me up in a car that i did not order. when they were supposed to pick me up, they were not there. I called and they said they were right around the corner. After 20 minutes I hopped a cab and paid an additional $20 for that. They charged by credit card more than they originally quoted without having satisfied a single aspect of the deal. There responses to my complaints were pathetic and I was enver able to speak with anyone of any authority at the company. Please do not use this company. When using Halifax International Payment System you'll need a Swift or Iban number of the local bank at receivers end. Can take up to 3 weeks for the transfer to complete. Halifax unable to confirm transfer successful until confirmation from the overseas bank therefore a long wait again. Some Halifax staff seem unaware of the transaction process and the "International Transfer Team" are not easily available. Overall I would advise using ay other quicker service as the Halifax one is very clumsy and certainly not the 2 days they advertise. read full review »

I would have once rated The Nespresso Club highly but this year is a different story. Nespresso has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and not because of their coffee. The machine is from a renown coffee maker. Though for a straight forward filter coffee maker it is quite pricey, expect to pay between 30-60. For this price and from Gaggia I would expect a faultless coffee maker. But has anyone like me filled the machine to the maximum and watched what happens? The jug overspills! These people are good at what they do, which is get money and screw you over. A customer representative at the beging of the sale told me that it is better to go with a small company because they would 'take care of us'. They lied about the price of the move when they picked our stuff up; they tacked on all these fees for tape, moving boxes, etc. When it came time for delivery our bikes were missing. About 3 months ago I noticed a $12 charge to my VISA for reservation rewards. I had no idea what it was and just assumed it was a charge I received when I traveled. I was billed $128.65(USD) from an adult site I did not subscribe to. It even says "followed by $109.80(USD) every 30 days." When i try to log in to my CCBill account with the subscription ID, it says NO SUBSCRIPTION FOUND. In other words: I can not log on to my CCbill account with it to cancel the recurring subscription, but had to use my credit card number. I added minutes on a friend's go -phone" pay as you $25.00 and after this they charged my debit card for the next 10 months to auto pay his bill in the amount of 77.01 per month. I called and talked to the Manager and they said if you you use your card to make a payment one has to call and cancell card. I made it cleared that this was for one time only. I had a Maxi ISA with Idealing and transferring it to another provider was a nightmare no communication no documentation and they charged me a £60 transfer fee. They took a full 30 days to transfer a cash balance only. This company may come off as looking cheap, but do the math, anything over 1000 share is getting charged 1 and 1 half cents to buy or sell per share! So thats being charged 3 cents per share for penny stocks plus 9.95 to buy and 9.95 to sell. I bought about 3000 shares of a .16 cent stock and my fees for this came to a little more than 27.00, it sold for .18 cents. So there goes most of my profit! The owner of this company (I won't name him here) believes that publicly embarassing his employees is normal. The rules in his company were outrageous - for example, you couldn't speak about negatives or problems out loud (because he was scared you would "nag out" the rest of his employees). When I went to pick up the pictures of my daughter from the studio, they showed me an extra 4 sheets. They gave me the options of purchasing them for an extra $20.oo. I took my two daughters to First Care in 2002, I was divorced in 2006. The court ordered that I provide health insurance for the girls, which I did. In 2007, my ex took the kids to First Care several times and never told me, not a huge issue though.
