I own a freelance art design company and back in June of 2008 we were contacted by Rob Sum, owner of T-Bone Designs to do some custom artwork for a client he had. Around April 2008 I purchased a refrigerator and a gas stove at Conn's Appliance Center on Memorial Hwy in Port Arthur, Tx. I'd had the refrigerator about 2 months and it seemed like the ice maker was not producing ice the way it should. While my daughter was attending Penn State, I had a landline hooked up . At one point I was late paying the bill (another story) and they sent a dunning notice. I paid that bill. It seems that certain payphone operators in the USA no longer allow the use of Canadian calling cards to make toll free calls back to Canada. Company used an address in Bismarck, ND. 612 East Boulevard Ave Suite 705, 58505. They are using various company names such as: Shoppers Impressions Inc, Shopper Jobs Inc, Shopping Disbursements, etc. They send you a bogus cashiers check and require some shopping and wiring of money to satisfy their clients. Our 4 year old Genie Pro opener has occasional phantom openings. When it happens neither the remote or the wall control will lower the door. The circuit breaker must be turned off and back on.
