Our heater went out and Allison Heating and Cooling, OH LIC # 14320 of Millersport Ohio was the absolute worst service anyone could ever experience. Michael Dixon spent 15 minutes on my broken furnace and claimed it was fixed when he came upstairs from the basement. This business has continued to screw up my car stereo intallation. First, it was installed crooked in the dash..not a little crooked but alot crooked. I contracted with TDM on July, 2008 to have my shower redone in granite. The TDM employees cut the expensive granite slab I paid for incorrectly and installed only the floor. I told the boss Tony della Morte Junior about the mistake. He returned my deposit payment, contract, and a letter stating that he was not continuing the job. This mistake stalled my job completion for three months. I had to get another installer to finish installing the granite into my shower. We ordered a Memory Source Foam Bed model SC-4000 in July of 2003. We were told, and it showed on the web site that this mattress has a ten year warranty. Came out to install garage door on shed. Two crews on two different days in the same week. The date of this complaint is dated October 15th because that is the last time I received a response from their support center. This whole ordeal started back in March of 2008 when I lost the battery cover on the back of the unit. Novi Insulation was the worst contractor I ever dealt within my life. Their crew damaged my driveway by backing up their utility trucks over a can of polyurethane foam which left gross tire tracks embedded into seven slabs of my my concrete driveway. I had to take them to small claims court just to recoup the $1700 worth of damage. The return policy is not honored. The owner claims the return policy is 14 calendar days from the date of order, rather than business days. Since this is an internet company requiring shipping time to deliver/return merchandise, "calendar" days leaves little time to receive, try and return (if applicable) the item. Well once i received my 'Collected Whispers' that was supposed to be Immortal Verses. I looked it up online and saw that many other people had received this book to. Apparently, ALL of their poems were published on the first page, and when i looked to see if their poems were in my book, they weren't. They keep calling our phone 2-3 times a week. We have asked them to quit calling and for our number to be taken off of their list, they have told me on 2 occasions that they would do this.
