I purchased a DVD that was advertised as training to ride Paso Fino Horses on their web site. It was an amatuerish pice of junk that is worthless. I was lied to several times by Deborah Goldman as to when it would ship - had to get PayPal involved before they shipped it. Our business was suffering 20Kb download speed from a T1 dedicated cable. Called Tuesday of last week to get a tech to come out, and was given a "window" period of 12pm to 5pm for them to come out. Our business closes at 4pm and I told them this, and they said they would mark it on the service report. The Tech came out at 3:55pm. Five minutes until doors close. I ordered a Lolita wine glass last December. I was told it was back ordered. I tried to cancel the order -my credit card was charged immediately when the order was placed - but no luck. I finally agreed to wait for the glass when it was available. I've sent several emails over the months and called. It is not October. I was told in August that the glass was shipped to me. I ordered two patches and paid for them both in full via paypal right away. Thier website states that they ship within two weeks. I waited over a month for them to send me an email saying that they are canceling my order because they are out of stock. It took the over a month to tell me this? The phone number on both websites is bogus. It goes to a generic voicemail that tells you to put in a voicemail box number to check your messages. After suffering about a year from a real lemon of a design ShopVac that kept losing casters, and every section of wand coming apart CONSTANTLY and also the hose pulling right out of the unit without any trouble at all, I emailed then phoned the company. We checked into Ocean City, Maryland's Surf Villa Hotel last summer to spend only one night. It was the hotel stay from hell. We checked out the room before we agreed to check in. It looked okay. For awhile I used Veet hair removal the bladeless kind, but I started developing rashes from it yes even with the for sensitive skin kind too..I was looking for a quick, but safe way to shave while in the shower so I tried the Intuition Razor..it's great if you want to pay nearly $9 for two maybe three shaves..the soap melts on the bottom first which can cause nasty cuts and scrapes and an occassional razor burn if you don't keep any eye on it..plus the razor head will rust.the refills are a silly $11 a pop..not going to happen... read full review »

I received my invitations via courier yesterday. I also received a customs/duty/brokerage bill today for $38.17!!! Our air conditioner was not working. They sent out representatives 3 different times in August. The last guy told us it was an A Coil that had to be replaced but DTE did not cover the cost. We had an outside contracter come out and replace the A Coil. He said I replaced your A Coil but that wasnt the reason it wasnt working. It is a leak in your condenser unit. On Saturday October 4, 2008 I had went to the new JC Penny store in Johnsburg, IL. I was accompanied by two beautiful 16 year old girls who none the less were excited about getting dresses.
