I repeatedly write email trying to get my website launched. I receive no response. I fill out their online forms, requests for phone calls, and send emails. Nothing. They make you pay up front for their website templates then hold you hostage by never following through when you want to go live. Wow... I agree... this EASYCGI migration thing has my e-mail services all ^%$ed up. It is a total mess at EASYCGI and has been now for almost a week. I suspect heads will roll over this current disaster, if not there should be. Another day or so of this and I'm bailing out and switching ISP's. I have a long history with two companies, i.e. Website Advancement, and Strada Technologies later changed to TNT Cart). Strada Technologies changed their name a few months after I got involved with them and disappeared off the net and their phone numbers were disconnected. I don't even remember now how it was that I managed to locate them again to learn that they had a new website and new phone numbers, and new promises. RSN Enterprises LLC charged unauthorized charges onto my phone bill. I can't locate any contact number for this company. They did total of 5 charges of anywhere between 9.99 to 14.95, which I have NO CLUE about. I asked my service to be cancelled and apply my security deposit of 39.95 towards final bill. Paid the final bill in september 08. Got an email from customer service that I owe nothing. Guess what in October got a new bill with one call from september and 9.95 late charge plus 39.95 they never deducted as a payment from my security deposit. The company has zero customer service as I have been hung up a few times. No one is willing to resolve and they insist that they cannot take my phone numbers off. Intl move are blantant crooks. After filling out there speadsheet that was provided on-line by INLTMove they gave us a bid for $2, 400. Once the movers came to my house we repeatadly asked to see if we are over the max allowable to us, they said no. Later the next day my wife recieved an email stating we owed them an additional $3, 050 for overflow. I called them, they told me I had two options, pay them the whole amount or pay an additional fee of $150 and take out items from our pallets. the site offers "free-days" for several countries once you charge your account with credit. I did so because the site offered good rates for Indonesia... Then when using the service within Germany I had to find out that my account was charged for those calls although they were supposedly "free". In my opinion illegal action. Hired Nationwide Relocation Services for a move from LA to VA. They sub contracted with A-TOPPs. Pick up was a day early than quoted and movers could hardly speak English. They did not go over the insurance with me nor did Nationwide. Movers did not take inventory of my belongings. On delivery, there are 4 items missing. when you order from their website their order form has pre-filled out fields for additional product. You have to carefully scroll around and make sure they are all unchecked or you get the product. They offer no order confirmation before they capture and charge your credit card, so you don't see that you have inadverantly order other stuff - due to their site automatically filling it out "yes". they will refund the product price, but not S&H, which is about $15/item - a huge rip off for something coming by US postal service. read full review »

We contracted an agent of Tober Logistics to move our furniture and belongings from Denver to Hong Kong. EOM is the agent, they have been somewhat helpful in trying to move Tober. We were promised delivery in mid July. Now, we're in the middle of October and still don't have our stuff. This is a tip to avoid buying from accountsbay as they are total fraud. Put two in two together because I didn't 1). They are chinese 2). They buy american accounts It's so easy to take back an account, but they have 0 jurisdiction to file a claim in the US regardless of their so called chinese threats. I bought this steam mop January of 2008. With 3 dogs and a toddler running around it came in handy. I planned on using it alot which was my reasoning for purchasing the 3 year warranty. It worked ok I would not say great. Furthermore, today I went to use the mop and it was completely dead! I called service and was on hold for 20 minutes to find out that I need to ship the mop back and pay for shipping it as well as enclose a check for $9.95 for them to ship back to me a new one. You did get a new one, right from the factory. They are apparently coming without set screws. Normally a part is removed and thrown away at the time it is replaced with a new one. I ordered 8 U-joints to fill your order and others with no issues except for the one you got. If you will measure the diameter of the set screw, I will see if we can find a suitable replacement. I believe each u-joint has 4 threaded holes. If you used only two (One on lower joint and one on upper joint) with a little thread lock, it will work fine. read full review »

My in-laws purchased a GFM television undera year ago and it started having problems a month ago. The speakers started popping when the tv is first turned on and lasts for about 30 minutes. When I contact GFM they tell me that Meijers is responsible...When I call Meijer..Meijer tells me they have a 6 months warranty and after the 6 months the manufacturer should honor their 1 year warranty... They put a power steering pump on it and said we needed new tires. At that time the car had 26, 000 miles on it. This company has repeated called with high pressure sales tactics. I have repeated requested to be taken off their call list. In each case the caller has hung up on me. Here are the specifics for each instance. The first time was to say we had a credit from previous travel with them in 1999 and 2003. As I was telling them to take us off the list they hung up. The second time they said, with our credits we could travel for as little as $99. When I request they send information in the mail so I could review it, they hung up again. This outfit employs shady sales people and finance managers. They tell lies to your face about your credit score in order to raise the interest rate you have to pay on financing. They cheated my girlfriend by adding charges for paint protection, GAP insurance and extended warranty all of which she didn't understand and thought were being included in the asking price.
